The entire backyard lanai is screened so you can let the blue sky view in and keep the bugs out. When you're not taking a dip, catch some rays in a lounge chair on the pool deck. The covered patio features a ceiling fan so you can stay comfortable while you're sipping a frozen cocktail in the outdoor lounge. Barbecue lovers will be pleased to see the gas grill ready to accommodate a family cookout.

Step back inside to the open-concept living space decorated in a trendy greyscale and boasting an abundance of natural light. If you're inclined to whip up some more elaborate meals, the kitchen is fully updated with stainless steel appliances and sparkling countertops.

If you're planning an extended stay or need to pop in for a few work meetings, one of the guest bedrooms has a full-size desk to help you stay organized. The high-speed WiFi will ensure you stay connected for any video calls.

Guests of the main bedroom can unwind at the end of a fun-filled day with a soak in the deep garden tub in the en suite bathroom.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
