Custom/cozy- beach house, walking distance to beach and everything you need.

If you love the beach and need a place to stay. Check out our custom-built beach house, it’s named for our sister “happy daizies”. At our house you’ll have plenty of place outside to sit around, tell stories, have a drink, tan, play games and people watch. If you want to spend time grilling, playing outside games, we have a tiki bar downstairs with 8 barstool, an outside shower to clean off before you go inside, a 65” tv, pellet grill, propane grill and an oversized fenced in yard for the kids.. If you want to go spend the day at the beach, we are an 8-minute walk from our house to the beach. Enjoy watching amazing sunsets, cruise ships off the front porch, or just listen to the wind chimes.

At Happy Daizies house all you need to bring is your toothbrush and your food. Everything else you’ll need for your vacation is provided.

This is our second home, so it is well equipped and we hope to host you and hope that it is everything you expect for your next vacation.

Aaron is a great host! He was very gracious and thoughtful. The house is beautiful and was perfect for our stay and not far from beach access. We will definitely be renting from him again.

Great Family Beach Spot

Great location and the house is super cute! Aaron was so great at communicating with us and loved that the checkin/out was easy. Only two small things, amenities listed toiletries and grill. There were no shampoo/conditioner/soap in the guest bath for the shower (trust me I know it’s not picky but if you plan on this you don’t bring stuff) and the grill was in the locked garage. Again Aaron was quick to respond to help us get to it. The storm that came through in July might have also affected the tv in the guest room (kept turning itself on so had to unplug and the oven display was crazy. All in all everything worked and it was a comfortable stay. Would recommend and stay again especially if Aaron still owns!

Fantastic Home and Owner

The host was very easy to work with when we arrived and found the cleaning crew had missed the home. Will definitely choose this place again! The home is very sturdy unlike some beach houses.

Clean house close to the beach

The home was clean with all the amenities that should be expected. The primary bed is not the most comfortable, but I've slept on worse. I would definitely recommend this rental to anyone and would stay here again if we return to Bolivar Peninsula

Rainy weather but fun.

Immaculate house & grounds. Nice neighborhood. Helpful host. Probably the rainiest summer in years, but the cooler weather & nice breeze on the beach was great! The kids had fun even without sunshine!

Well Maintained Beach House

We appreciated the comfortable furniture and the well-equipped kitchen. The owner was very good at communicating and even called me to make sure we had arrived and that everything was satisfactory. It was a good location for photographers and birders.

Cute house

House was as described. Cute in the inside and the atmosphere on the outside was fun. Ceiling fan in kids room was broke so we had to fix it to be able to turn it on, and a lot of the dishes were dirty in the cabinet so had to clean them first to be able to use them. There was not any instructions on what to do during check out (other houses I have stayed at asked for bed sheets to be taken off and placed in washer, etc.) so we just piled dirty towels on bathroom floor and placed dishes in dish washer. Powder creamer was expired but that can happen anywhere. I think price was high for how far away it was from water (can't see ocean), like 1-2 minute drive to get to beach, but it was a nice place. Host was very responsive for any concerns.

Beautiful stay, everything was just as listed. Location was amazing. Owner was very responsive and quick to resolve a water issue within 45 minutes. Will definitely stay here again!

Great stay everything was amazing!

Everything was amazing staying at this beautiful home. I have stayed down in Crystal Beach for over 12 years at multiple different places. This was by far my Top 3 places I have ever stayed. #1 for the amount of money it cost. The BEDS were actually comfy. If you have ever stayed down here you will know that almost every bed is kind of stiff and hard to sleep on. All the beds in this house are really nice and super comfy, makes it really easy to fall asleep and stay asleep. 10/10. I would stay here everytime if its available.

Very nice beach house

We had a very good time. The beach house was very nice. Good location. Just a short walk to the beach. Was able to have a great weekend with the family. Highly recommended!

Best VRBO we have stayed in

This is the best property we have stayed in, very nice, compare the rest of the neighborhood, and yes you are staying in the best one. Clean, great location, nice upgrades, very adequate for most anyone. Only negative kitchen table only had bar stools, prefer regular table and chairs, the older I get the less I like to sit in Bar stools. But overall very nice place to stay, would rent this one again. Don't plan to go to Gaveston unless you want a delay at the Ferry, The big store has all you need for your stay, unless you just got to go for more retail therapy, the beach and all you need is right here, plenty of nice restaurants and some shopping in town.

We are a family of 8 that loves to spend time at the beach. We bought this home for our family with the hopes of sharing it with other families to enjoy as much as we do.

Our sister loves Crystal Beach. She loves to sit around outside or at the beach reading, telling stories and listening to people talk or the waves crash in to the sand. She is a caring person and loves everyone she meets. We named our house after her and her motto and when you come here, we want you to be as happy as our sister is when she is here.

Our home has a huge upstairs patio for entertaining and relaxing. But it also is resting on a double lot that provides plenty of room for outdoor activities such as corn hole, washers or other outdoor games. We also have a tiki bar with 8 barstools, a 65” tv to watch while grilling, an outside sink to clean fish and an outdoor shower. Once you’re at our home, you are an 8 minute walk to the beach (barrel 90, or a 2 minute drive to the big store.
