Newer home just a short walk from the beach. Convenient to shops and dining with golf cart access to beach in the neighborhood. Drive on access to the beach is one street over, minimizing traffic. Located in a quiet cul-de-sac with views of the bay behind you. This 3/2's layout is perfect for families. Master suite gives you privacy, with a large guest bath to accommodate both guest rooms comfortably. Plenty of room downstairs to grill, play cornhole or just relax.

Everything about this VRBO was perfect! Excellent communication with Eric, the accommodations were impeccable, and the location was close to everything one could need. I definitely intend to revisit this cozy beach house again.

Super nice and clean beach house. It was very spacious. The house was close to the beach and to The Big Store, which was convenient. There is a fire bit in the back of the house, which was super nice at nights. The host is very friendly and a quick communicator. Would definitely recommend!

This home is spacious and very clean. The quiet location was much needed for our little family stay. Very close to the beach yet far enough not to hear the traffic and partying. We just spent 4 nights at this beach house and honestly, we might need a vacation to recover from the vacation—but in the best way.Check in was super easy, and communication was a breeze. The AC was a hero, keeping us cool and un-melted the whole time. Beds? Super comfy. Every kid got their own, which meant no bedtime brawls over blankets or who touched who. Parenting win win! The house was clean with plenty of space for everyone to spread out.The outside area was a solid bonus—great place for coffee, evening chats, or watching the kids act like they've never seen a bug before.All in all: a great stay, comfy beds, cold AC, and enough space to survive as a family with your sanity intact. 10/10 would book again.

Great location

Our family had a great time at Eric’s beach house, he was great at communicating and the location was great as it was close to the beach and local grocery store/restaurant’s. We enjoyed making memories with friends and family!

Great Tome

We had a great family weekend. Location is why I booked this stay. Right by the liquor store, dollar store, and big store. Only thing is(which was not a deal breaker for me) was no beach access. Nbd, because we just drove to the next addition to access. Stay was clean, and beautiful. We had 5 children with us and we all had plenty of room. Host was kind and responsive.

Amazing Vacation

Great vacation!!! Our host was so very nice, informative and kept in touch with us. The house was simply beautiful!!! The house was clean and had everything we needed. A plus as well was that there were several stores right across the highway if we needed anything as well as a restaurant. We didn’t have to go far at all. Beach access was quick as well. We will definitely be booking again. My family and I truly enjoyed this house!!
