Newly remodeled 3 bedroom 1 bath with heated floors in kitchen. New Kitchen aide appliances and new washer / dryer. Spacious backyard with gazebo and fire pit! Kitchen and bathrooms are both stocked with essentials. Only 5-10 minutes from shopping, restaurants, and entertainment! Please note: Property damage coverage is required! Cost is $59. Pets are accepted upon approval. Please message us prior to booking if you will be traveling with a pet.

Our family stayed at this VRBO for two weeks as our house was being renovated. The house had everything we needed and was fully stocked! The large backyard was perfect for our dog and it was nice to sit outside under the covered area outside.

We really enjoyed our stay in Jene’s house. House was perfect for our needs. It was only 10 minutes from my daughter’s home. The home was very nice, clean, and comfortable for my husband, mother and myself, plus 2 small dogs with just the right amount of space. There was a privacy fenced backyard for our 2 small dogs and a cute gazebo with lights strung around for sitting outside in the evenings. We also made use of the grill. Beds were comfy and house has central AC which was great as that’s not always the case. The kitchen had all the essentials and some spices for use too. There are laundry supplies and bathroom & shower products for use also, which was nice. It was the perfect home away from home for us and we had a great stay. The host, Jene, is very responsive too if you need to reach out. I would gladly visit again in the future and highly recommend to anyone staying in the area.

I couldn’t have picked a better house for our stay in Washington. moved our eldest into college and was perfect for our stay and had everything we needed. quiet neighborhood, house was clean and comfortable.have to add that the host was extremely accommodating since we arrived in Washington earlier than expected-after an over 16 hour drive and allowed us to check in early- which was a huge help with a toddlerwould definitely recommend and will be booking again when we come visit

The beat stay we’ve ever had of all the houses we rented. Pretty much everything is supplied. All we have to bring are foos to cook, if you want to cook. Its very updated and clean.

Clean, well organized, friendly STR set up. Neighbourhood is so so, but appreciated the spacious 3 bedroom place as we came for close friends daughters wedding.

Lacey getaway

We booked this home in anticipation of arrival of our new grandson. He decided to come early and the owner was very accommodating for our needs. The home is very nice and clearly updated and the location was perfect for our needs. We will rebook when we need to stay in Lacey

Holiday trip

The house was 5 minutes from my daughter's house. It was very clean and well-appointed. We had a covid exposure with one family member, but we were able to have time outside in the back yard even in December with the covered area. The holiday touches were very nice.

Perfect stay

Home has everything you need and is in a location close to groceries etc. Bed and couches were very comfortable! Loved the holiday decorations! Nice touches!

Home away from home

I was truly impressed with this house. The bed's were all comfortable, even the ones with the bunk beds. They habe done a outstanding job having the house equipped for everything. From seasonings in the cupboards to tous for little ones. The backyard was nice and private. Thank you for going beyond the average VRBO making sure the house was stocked.

Family Gathering Fun

We enjoyed our stay here very much, with the cozy rooms and a nice big grassy yard for all the kids to run around. The kitchen was fully equipped for us to make meals together and the neighborhood is quiet. The homeowner was very communicative and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

Great little house

Our family of 6 stayed here while visiting family and friends. We felt comfortable and it worked well for us, we were initially concerned about the one bathroom since there were 6 of us ( my husband and 4 teen and adult aged children) but it worked fine. There’s a full length mirror which we used as an additional mirror for doing hair and makeup instead of using the bathroom. It’s a comfortable house and neighborhood and I’d recommend it.

Work family stay

Came over did a work training. I needed to travel with young children and my childcare. But this location didn’t disaappinr. Beds were amazing, shower awesome, location awesome, and expectations clearly communicated. Would a million times recommend.

Wonderful family time

My dad and step-mom live in Lacey so we wanted a comfortable place for them to come over and visit with grandkids and great grand kids, this was perfect! The big back yard and covered area with table and comfortable chairs and bbq was great, the house so comfortable and in a quiet neighborhood. We visited the Seattle Aquarium and Pikes Market and Childrens Museum in Olympia as well. We needed to stay an extra night as there were fires around Cheney and Medical Lake were we are from and the host was very helpful. Planning to stay again next summer. :)

Family Vacation

The home was very clean and well appointed. Had everything we needed except a tea kettle(first world problems!) If you book you need to have full understanding that bedroom number 3 is a double bunk bed, so if you have 8 people in your group, you need to understand 4 people will be sharing a room.

Quiet and convenient.

The house was a perfect fit for our family as we we in Lacey for a funeral. Quiet neighborhood and large backyard gave us the room for our family, and the updated interior was quite comfortable and clean. Our family all was quite happy with the accommodations.

Homey Home

What a great little home to set up base camp while visiting family for the holidays. We are a family of 5 with a 12 year old daughter and 10 year old boys so this setup was just right with bunks for the boys and a separate room for my daughter. The property was clean and well taken care of with all the little details thought of all the way down to umbrellas by the door. We appreciate the property owner making check in easy and having everything we would need already taken care of. Definitely will keep this property on the top of my list for future visits!!!
