Biking and hiking getaway close to trails and on lake

New eco-friendly Studio Apartment above the garage on a no wake lake. Situated by the back 40 for great hiking and biking. Also close to paved biking trails. After a great ride/hike, enjoy some time on the lake in a Kayak or Paddleboard. Private dock for fishing. End the day in an infrared sauna (extra cost) to relax and repair tired muscles. Apt. Size refrigerator/freezer, microwave, hot plate, air fryer/oven, instapot and outdoor grill. Private small deck nestled in the trees. Fresh water is added to filtered water pitcher on day of arrival. Pets are welcome and must be able to get along with other dogs. The small deck for the apartment is gated. I do have a dog/person friendly dog who is out watching the property via an invisible fence.

Birthday getaway

Even though the weather fought our every move this stay was absolutely perfect. We are very active and the access to the lake and trails, with the sauna for recovery….. WE WILL BE BACK! The host was so very kind, and quick responses to every inquiry.

PERFECT SMALL APARTMENT

Host was great and understanding with bad weather and let me park up on the street b/c of bad weather coming in overnight. She let me check out late and the place was a perfect little hideaway next to a beautiful little lake.

Enjoyable Location

What a great place in the NW corner of AR. We were near great Antique stores, shopping, trails, and dining. We plan to come back and stay at the wonderful location.

Perfect Getaway

The peaceful setting was exactly what we needed for a relaxing getaway. The house was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially loved spending time by the lake, taking in the serene views. The available kayaks and paddleboards were an awesome bonus

One of the best

This was one of the best rentals we have came across. The space was clean and inviting, the bed was comfy and had some of the softest sheets I have ever experienced. The property is beautiful.

Week getaway

Had a great week long getaway at this cabin, its close enough to the trails, Pea Ridge, Bentonville, and Rodgers there is so much more than I ever expected! Not to mention the lake was fantastic!

Delightful Studio on the lake and among the trees

Great relaxing location!

Sandy and Ted were great and welcoming guests! The property was perfect for my lil staycation and I was thrilled I was able to bring my dog with me. I would recommend this property!

Great Stay!

Sandy and Ted were great! My 14 yr old son and I visited for several nights to enjoy the local mountain biking. We would absolutely stay again.

Great area and great hospitality!

My boyfriend and I along with my dog stayed here recently and were blown away. The hospitality was fantastic and the apartment way super clean, even better than the pictures. We had tons of fun kayaking, hiking and walking around the lake and we can’t wait to return!

Great place to stay, and great hosts!

We enjoyed our stay so much. The property is clean and nice - and the hosts were awesome. They had great recommendations for us for riding trails and fireworks (4th of July) So much fun to swim in the lake off of the dock in calm, clear water. We recommend this place - 5 stars all around.

Perfect little getaway!

We had an awesome stay. Sandy and Ted are wonderful hosts. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and you can tell that they have put a lot of thought into the details. They were so welcoming and made us feel right at home, including our dog! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan to come back!

Cute Little Studio in the Woods

This studio was perfect. Everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The location was perfect for us to explore the surrounding areas as well as the bike trails. We would definitely stay here again if we return to the area.

Perfect Getaway - Will Return

Beautiful location with lake view from private balcony deck - and a short walk to the dock! Studio apartment but so thoughtfully furnished and decorated it feels bigger and has everything you need (….and have to mention the skylights to see the stars!)! Bike trails are close, and it’s an easy drive on over to Bentonville to hit additional trails. Super clean and nice. All that alone would merit 5 stars across the board, but wonderful experience with host communication and recommendations pushes it beyond the 5 star and easily among the best places I’ve stayed. We will be back!

Great quiet place on a peaceful lake.

My son and I came up from central Arkansas to was a golf tournament. This studio apartment was just what we needed. The residence was very clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises.

Great location and lots to do!

We stayed here for a short anniversary trip and even though it is advertised as a great place to stay for a biking trip in NWA, it is so much more. The location on the lake provides many more opportunities. We kayaked in the provided kayaks, hiked, and I even did some fishing. I would certainly stay here again. The location is close to Bentonville providing several eating options, and if you do bring yours bike the trails are just a minutes away.

In God’s Country on the Back 40 trail system and close to paved trails. I wanted to create a clean air environment for travelers who are sensitive to toxins and mold. I too, have the dreaded gene and am sensitive to most micro toxins in the environment. I’m always concerned about the air environment where I stay and I wanted to take that concern out of others for my place.
