New eco-friendly Studio Apartment above the garage on a no wake lake. Situated by the back 40 for great hiking and biking. Also close to paved biking trails. After a great ride/hike, enjoy some time on the lake in a Kayak or Paddleboard. Private dock for fishing. End the day in an infrared sauna (extra cost) to relax and repair tired muscles. Apt. Size refrigerator/freezer, microwave, hot plate, air fryer/oven, instapot and outdoor grill. Private small deck nestled in the trees. Fresh water is added to filtered water pitcher on day of arrival. Pets are welcome and must be able to get along with other dogs. The small deck for the apartment is gated. I do have a dog/person friendly dog who is out watching the property via an invisible fence.

PERFECT SMALL APARTMENT

Host was great and understanding with bad weather and let me park up on the street b/c of bad weather coming in overnight. She let me check out late and the place was a perfect little hideaway next to a beautiful little lake.

Cozy and all we needed

We are going to move to Bella Vista in part because we felt so at home when we stayed at this VRBO the first time. The trees and birds are a delight. It has everything we needed for our stay.Sandy the host is wonderful.We will be returning again soon.

Awesome property and hostess

This is truly a little gem of a getaway! Cutewith a great view from deck. I rise early (2:30), and sitting on deck looking at stars, no neighbors to see or hear—it was heaven. Lots of outlets to plug in devices. Kitchen well supplied with good sized fridge. Sandy is an incredible host who made it seem like we were staying with a good friend. This was by far among the best vacation rentals ever for us. Thank you Sandy for a wonderful vacation. Ann & Johnett

One of the best

This was one of the best rentals we have came across. The space was clean and inviting, the bed was comfy and had some of the softest sheets I have ever experienced. The property is beautiful.

Delightful Studio on the lake and among the trees

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Sandy was a great host and check in and communication were flawless. She includes great amenities in the kitchenette and bathroom! We definitely recommend this home in beautiful Bella Vista. Thank you Sandy!

Perfect Getaway

The peaceful setting was exactly what we needed for a relaxing getaway. The house was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially loved spending time by the lake, taking in the serene views. The available kayaks and paddleboards were an awesome bonus

Great location and lots to do!

We stayed here for a short anniversary trip and even though it is advertised as a great place to stay for a biking trip in NWA, it is so much more. The location on the lake provides many more opportunities. We kayaked in the provided kayaks, hiked, and I even did some fishing. I would certainly stay here again. The location is close to Bentonville providing several eating options, and if you do bring yours bike the trails are just a minutes away.

Had a great week long getaway at this cabin, its close enough to the trails, Pea Ridge, Bentonville, and Rodgers there is so much more than I ever expected! Not to mention the lake was fantastic!

Great quiet place on a peaceful lake.

My son and I came up from central Arkansas to was a golf tournament. This studio apartment was just what we needed. The residence was very clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises.

Great getaway location

The area was a great place to getaway with more activities than we could fit into our 4 days. The property was in a beautifully wooded area overlooking a bay of a lake. The apartment was the perfect size for the two of us. The hospitality of the property owners made us feel welcome and strived to ensure all of our wants/needs were meet for our stay.

Great place to stay, and great hosts!

We enjoyed our stay so much. The property is clean and nice - and the hosts were awesome. They had great recommendations for us for riding trails and fireworks (4th of July) So much fun to swim in the lake off of the dock in calm, clear water. We recommend this place - 5 stars all around.

It was a nice little place the owner was very willing to give advice for things to do, she was also willing to let us use her paddle boards and kayaks. The lake was small and not a whole lot of people out when we were which was nice.

Perfect little getaway!

We had an awesome stay. Sandy and Ted are wonderful hosts. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and you can tell that they have put a lot of thought into the details. They were so welcoming and made us feel right at home, including our dog! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and plan to come back!

Cozy getaway

Our visit to the Bella Vista/Bentonville area was great! The stay at our Vrbo rental...perfect! My wife and I loved the above garage apartment. The view was amazing and we were very comfortable during our stay. We got to meet one of our host. She was a pleasure to talk to and was very concerned that we had everything we might need to make our stay the best it could be. We wouldn't hesitate to book with this couple again.

In God’s Country on the Back 40 trail system and close to paved trails. I wanted to create a clean air environment for travelers who are sensitive to toxins and mold. I too, have the dreaded gene and am sensitive to most micro toxins in the environment. I’m always concerned about the air environment where I stay and I wanted to take that concern out of others for my place.
