Very clean has all the amenities that you need. We had such a great time kayaking around the lake. Perfect place for a weekend getaway.

Such a unique and special place. I loved the artistic charm, the cozy feel, the views, the quiet. The owner is nearby, super kind and very responsive but it was still very private. 10 minute max drive to stores, etc. This home is special. Thank you, Michelle.

The lake view was amazing amazing! Michelle was an awesome host! She was very quick to respond to messages and very sweet and friendly. We loved all the intricacies of our accommodations. It was a very comfortable environment. It gave us the peace and relaxation we needed for a couple of days!

We had a wonderful stay! The place was the perfect place for my husband and myself and our little doggy. The view of the lake was just fantastic and every morning we got up and then had our coffee with the view of the lake. The place just could not be any more comfortable! Michelle was so sweet and nice and greeted us when we got there. We even got lucky enough to get a ride on her pontoon boat around the lake . We will definitely be back.

Amazing view and comfortable living space. We did fine on the stairs to the property and the lake, but they should be a factor for anyone with mobility issues.

We had a relaxing and very comfortable stay. The place had everything we needed to be comfortable. The view of the lake was wonderful and very peaceful. We sat outside for hours just reading and looking at the lake.

This was a lovely rental on Lake Avalon. The view was great! And the rental was sparkling clean, perfect set up. Extremely relaxing & Michelle was an amazing host. We will definitely come back!!!Mike & Kathy

Nice peaceful relaxing stay. The host was excellent if you had any needs or questions. Suggestions for restaurants was great! The room was very clean with nice amenities. The view was superb. It made for a delightful stay!

Beautiful view of Lake Avalon. Very peaceful stay. The owners were very nice. The place was well furnished, clean and comfortable.To get to the room, you have to be able to maneuver some steep steps.

Michelle has a great place, I wish we could have stayed a couple more days. She was easy to communicate with and her home has everything you need except your groceries. Would absolutely stay again.

The place was wonderful. Had everything you needed. The view of the lake was spectacular and calmingA great place to relax We went for a wedding at the Mildred B Cooper Memorial Chapel and the reception was at Simple pleasure Both were great experiences But we did not have enough time at Michelle’sPlace. Maybe someday we can returnThanks Michelle for meeting us and showing us to the Green Door since we did not make it until dark

Stayed here for our 25th wedding anniversary and it was an amazing weekend! The property was perfect for a relaxing getaway, beautifully maintained, and in a great location. Michelle was an outstanding host—her ascetic abilities made everything feel effortlessly simple yet perfectly taken care of, with thoughtful touches everywhere. We especially loved the trips out on the pontoon along with some good bass catches; they were the highlight of our stay and created some wonderful memories on the water. Highly recommend this place for couples or families looking for a memorable escape. We’ll definitely be back! We loved the Bentonville downtown area, so much to do!
