Great little cottage for two people or two people with a small kid, good location, close to all fun activties and great restaurants, very friendly host and gorgeous property with many amenities.

We loved our stay at the Sweet Escape guest cottage! Very central location to everything, everything is clean/nice, very comfy bed and pullout couch, great little dock area, and great communication! We stayed a week and fixed basic meals in the kitchen (mainly breakfast but we did grill steaks one night). We had our 2 teenage daughters with us - we tend to stay in 1 room kitchenette setups a lot, so this was perfect for us. It is small so if you prefer individual space for everyone, go for the villa (it looked adorable)!! Everything you need is there - Katherine has thought of everything! We used the paddle boards, beach chairs, snorkels and rented the CRV for the week, as well.If we ever return to TCI, we will definitely stay here again!!

The small cottage had everything we needed. Very clean and comfortable. We Love the privacy that it gave us from the main villa. Communication with Katherine is one of the best that I have encountered. I also rented a car from her which was very convenient. I highly recommend this home!

guest cottage

first time visiting the island, the property was a perfect fit for my wife and I. Location was good for reaching all areas of the island. Katherine was a great host very helpful and full of good information on places to visit and eat at. We really enjoyed our stay.

Perfect little get away

This was the perfect place for me and my boyfriend to stay during our visit to Turks. Having the ability to be mobile on the island and access to all the wonderful beach supplies at the VRBO opened lots of options to see the whole island all the beautiful beaches. The hosts were very knowledgeable about very helpful.

Great Cottage

My wife and I enjoyed our stay in the cottage. It was perfect the two of us. Katherine was great to work with and made the trip great. The island is beautiful and worth the trip. The location of the cottage was pretty central to everything and renting a car from Katherine gave us access to everything.

Wonderful little island home!

The amenities inside and out make it feel like a hotel/resort, but the privacy puts you on your own island! Recommend it to anyone.

Fantastic Stay in Turks and Caicos

We had a great 8-night stay at the cottage, which is centrally located to everything on Provo. It is perfect for 2 people--if you have more than 2, go for the villa! Katherine was a great host, giving us lots of information before we arrived and helping us out with things there, and we highly recommend her.

Cottage stay

Katherine and Josie made the whole experience even better. Katherine provided great details and support about "must see" places and restaurants. The cottage was clean and easy to find. The area felt safe as well. Its close to the beach and easy access to the main road.

well located for tranquility

We enjoyed the VRBO itself with the colorful flowers and sweet smelling nigh jasmine. We also benefitted from a location easy to travel the whole island. We kayaked to the lakes, snorkled all over, and made great use of the other equipment provided. Thanks for the stay,

Perfect Honeymoon

Katherine and Josie were so great at communicating with us both before and during our trip. All of the amenities were exactly as advertised and Josie had some great tips that really helped us find everything that we needed during our stay. It was a perfect romantic honeymoon.

Amazing anniversary adventure.

Had a fabulous time kayaking and paddle boarding the canals and ocean, grilling fresh fish off the boat, and taking the jeep to Malcolm's Beach and Split Rock. Catherine and Josie are awesome hosts!!!

Incredible little cottage!

Katherine was amazing from day 1 of booking! She made our trip so special and we were able to enjoy every single day on the island with all her recommendations!! The cottage and villa were so nice and she's adding even more to the property. Can't wait to return!

Nice place to stay.

We stayed in a one room guest house, it was perfect for us, as we did not spend much of our time indoors. The property is on a canal, that is salt water and very swinnable, I came across two large turtles. We used the snorkeling gear to snorkel the beaches of Providenciales. I would stay there again.

Dear Randall, Thank you for choosing to stay at Sweet Escape Guest Cottage. We are glad you enjoyed swimming in the canal and got to meet a couple sea turtles. I am not sure if you got to Kayak over to Turtle Lake but I highly recommend that for next time. It is only a 5 - 10 minute kayak trip down the canal. We loved everything about our stay. From the first day when we were picked up at the airport and met at the cottage with rum punch (and even a mocktail for our underage daughter), until the very last moment in Provo, we had the time of our lives! Katherine was so thorough with everything that we maximized every day, since we knew where all the best spots were! We visited every part of the island and saw every beach that was recommended and it was beyond anything that imagined. Everything was so easy for us with the Honda CRV rental and she provided the snorkeling gear, kayaks, paddle boards, coolers for the beach etc... If we ever come back to Provo, we will be booking with Katherine!!!!

Loved this place!

Location was central to everything on island. Katherine works hard to make your experience the very best. She’s a great communicator and pays attention to all the details. Loved being able to kayak and night off the dock. Her recommendations for dive operators, restaurants, etc were all spot on. Highly recommend!

Awesome anniversary trip

Beautiful little cottage with everything we needed. Katherine and Josie were excellent hosts and readily available. Renting a car/Jeep is essential to getting around the island. Our favorite water sports were Coral Gardens to snorkel, and Island Vibes Tours for the snorkeling/swimming excursion. Loved eating at Chinsons, Mango Reef and Hemingway’s. We will definitely come back!!

A great experience

We stayed 6 nights and booked one of the cars.The property is exactly as shown and described in the listing.We relaxed, BBQed each evening, swam on two different beaches each day, bird watched, de-stressed an din general had a great time.Katherine was full of useful information, organized a taxi from the airport and drove us herself to the ferry port at the end of our stay.

Great stay

The cottage was just what we wanted and all two people need. We enjoyed sitting on the canal side deck. It has great access to all the beaches, but you need a car. The host provided a world of information and their assistant was there to greet us, answer any questions and make suggestions about what to do and where to go. They were very responsive to the few needs we had during our stay. We look forward to our return.

Super Stay

We wanted for nothing! Katherine (manager) is amazing! She is a great communicator and goes above and beyond to accommodate her quests! Beach chairs, coolers, snorkel gear etc. Makes a huge difference when flying to an island.

Sweet Escape Bliss

This was my first vrbo experience and it did not disappoint. Katherine and Josie were fabulous hosts and so easy to work with. They responded super quickly to any questions I had. They gave us great tips and places to try. I am recommending this little peace of heaven to all my friends!

Perfect and exactly what we love. We like it quiet and away from the crowd. This place gave the option to rent a vehicle directly from them. We opted for the Blue Jeep and throughly enjoyed being mainly 15mins or less from any beach. We spent 6 of 11days at Malcolm beach since it was the most unpopulated, but it was a 30min drive because the road there was ish driving to it. Just take your time driving and let locals pass if you opt this beach. IGA grocery and Wine Cellar was less than two miles away and all you need. Be sure to ziplock your open counter food and take out the garbage and you won’t have any issues with ants. You won’t get away airplane noise anywhere on the island so don’t blame the property. Katherine was the ultimate host! I’m an attention to detail person and I’m quite impressed with her comm, presentation and helping us find other accommodations after weather back home delayed us 3extra days. We would most definitely stay at this location or even view what other properties they provide. Thank you Katherine!
