Come enjoy this newly built modern condominium in the heart of Downtown Grand Haven. This Property is located directly next to Grand Haven Municipal Marina and The Wharf Marina. Enjoy a short walk to the farmers market, splash pad, parks, and white sandy beaches. Just a couple of blocks away from this prime location, you will also find unique boutiques, dinning, bars and much more entertainment. Watch our top rated fireworks, nightly musical fountains, and the most luxurious boats travel the channel just steps outside your door. In addition to the 3 comfortable beds, we also have a single sofa sleeper in the living room where we can accommodate a 7 person rental. All bed linens and bath linens are provided. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances and utensils- perfect for your vacation stay. Great place and location

It was perfect for us. My husband and I and three adult children were in town for Thanksgiving. It worked perfect for us.

We loved this house both times we stayed here. There were a few things that could be improved upon, but we would stay here again in a heartbeat.

It was Okay

Our stay was fine. The listing was a bit misleading. There was no pack and play as advertised which we needed for the last night and the property manager didn’t get back to us. Also the single sleeper sofa/futon is just a large couch. Also the house didn’t have any shampoo, conditioner or body wash. It didn’t advertise it as having it but we have never stayed at a home that didn’t provide such. The house was clean and a nice location.

Perfectly walkable location in downtown GH

Clean and modern townhouse close to everything Grand Haven has to offer. Walked to Farmer's market, restaurants, bars, the pier, etc. Short drive to beach. Would stay here again!

Great Property!

Stayed here for a few days with my spouse and 10 month old and it was great! Property owner was very responsive. Property was clean, spacious and modern. Would definitely recommend.

Incredible weather and stay

The property was everything the pictures said it was and more. Perfect location to restaurants, shopping and the beach. Plenty of space for a group of girlfriends! Even close to a farmer’s market to get some Michigan apples. Weather was still warm and so we had two days of beach time.Overall, the perfect place to stay. We will be back!

Great Townhouse

Great location and short drive to the beach. Walking distance to downtown. Townhouse was very modern and CLEAN!!! Would definitely stay again.

Perfectly located for walking to the boarwalk & downtown. Enjoyed playing games on the screened in patio. Very clean & nicely decorated.

Perfect!

Our family of 5 adults was in town for a wedding and only stayed one night, but we all agreed we wished our stay was much longer! Communication was exceptional, and when we encountered difficulty with the entry code upon check in, Jenna was easy to reach and she immediately resolved the issue over the phone. The condo is gorgeous, so comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked had we needed to prepare meals. It was a short, beautiful walk to get to the downtown location of the wedding reception. So convenient! We’ve stayed in a lot of short term/vacation rentals over the years, and we all agreed this is among our favorites! We’d love to stay here again!
