We are excited to share with you our remodeled Kiahuna Plantation Condo with new kitchen, bathroom, living room and more!

Kiahuna Plantation is the perfect beach vacation getaway for young families, couples and active travelers. Located in beautiful Poipu on the southern shores of Kauai, Kiahuna is enjoyed by many repeat visitors who want a comfortable beach vacation with access to all that Kauai has to offer.

Our condo #174 is an Ocean View unit on the ground floor of building 27 (see the Google Map). What's great about the condo is that it is right on the 'Great Lawn,' a large grassy area perfect for lounging, relaxing or playing. It is just steps away from a pristine, white sand beach with something for everyone. We love the ease, comfort and beauty our condo has to offer.

The condo comes with free Wi-Fi. Membership to the Poipu Athletic club (pool, tennis and workout facilities) is included with the condo. Laundry facilities are located on the property premises nearby.

We love Poipu for its location and weather. You are close to Waimea Canyon and Kapa'a. There is a lot to do in Poipu: golf, tennis, swimming, boogie boarding, surfing, luaus, hiking, helicopter rides, zip lines, ATVs, and more. It also offers easy access to the rest of Kauai!

Beautifully decorated updated unit steps from the beach

This was our second stay in this beautiful unit . The decor, location and comfort were all superlative. Kiahuna is our favorite south shore location in Kaua’i and had been for the past 30 years .

Fantastic location

Great stay, great location. Enjoyed surfing, swimming right in front of the condo. Excellent snorkeling to the left of our beach, right in front of the sandbar, saw lots of different fish and an eel. Also enjoyed the pool pickle ball and gym.

Great location, family friendly, everything you would need, beautiful stay!

We loved the big green lawn and proximity to swimmable ocean, bbq, eateries, Sheraton bar/amenities. It’s beautiful, nicely decorated, well outfitted and hooks to hang swim suits and towels everywhere! The owner is a great host and the staff were more than friendly and helpful. We would definitely love to come back! Mahalo!!

Everything is well maintained and fresh feeling.

Quiet and space enough for the 2 of us. The staff at the property was very professional and personal at the same time. The beach and lawn area were impeccably maintained daily. Even though it is a "resort" it felt more like a private residence at the beach.

Fabulous!!! This location is a dream stay.

My family stayed in this unit and it is by far the very best! Waking up in the morning and enjoying coffee in the laniai over looking the great lawn is simply beautiful. There were also beach chairs and games for us to use which was so appreciated. Thank you so much. The Turcillo Family 💕

Great place!

The rental was exactly as advertised and perfect! Location to beach, shops and dining was just right. As is our nature, we run from activity to activity all day and mainly sleep at our rentals. This was different. We truly enjoyed just staying ‘home’ and relaxing. Will be back!

Comfy Condo Steps from the Surf!

The owners are great, very comfortable ground level condo with a view to the beach from a very serene lanai. Only a few details kept us from giving 5 stars: The unit needs some updating, the TV is small-ish, and the sheets housekeeping puts on the bed are worse than a Super 8. The owners also accommodated a late check out at our request. Overall, we loved it!

Better than anticipated!

The moment we walked into the condo it appeared bigger and better than the internet photos. The King bed was super comfy. Loved being able to use a full kitchen. Their additional game closet that included boogie boards, lawn chairs and umbrellas was the perfect extra touch. The walk to the beach was 3 minutes and the sand was perfect. We walked to see the turtles each sunset and enjoyed coffee on the beach in the mornings. I am ready to book again! Hosts were great to work with! A+

Bathroom sink cold water handle is broken. Stove burner plate was disconnected and not level. Microwave digital was unreadable. Weird smell throughout rental. For the money it was totally unacceptable

Great Location

We have stayed at the Kiahuna Plantation many times and knew what to expect. This was our first time in this unit, though, and we loved the location right on the open grass. The unit was very well equipped. Other family member came over for bbqs and there were baking pans, bbq tongs, and plenty of glassware options. The dishwasher was convenient. There were also beach chairs, games, and boogie boards. The master bed was very comfortable, and my adult daughter slept on the pull out and found it to be adequate. The toilet/shower area is a little worn out, but otherwise the unit felt clean. We would gladly rent it again!

We've always loved vacationing on Kauai. We think Poipu is one of the most beautiful places in the world. The beaches, pace of life, beautiful surroundings are just perfect. With two young girls, we love to come Kiahuna Plantation as often as we can. We live in Marin, just north over the Golden Gate Bridge in San Francisco Bay Area.

We chose Kiahuna Plantation because it provides the perfect combination of ease, comfort and beauty that we love in a beach getaway. We love the the 'Great Lawn,' white sand beach, beach hut, pool, tennis courts, and BBQ on the great lawn near the beach. The location of our unit is also quite special. On the ground floor, you have direct access to the lawn. Kids can run out and play while you enjoy the lanai or grab a chair on the lawn. It is also very close to parking, so you don't have to walk far. Go to the beach and come back for snacks or a quick nap. It's 'no ka oi' - Hawaiian for the best.
