A clean out fee that is charged by Castle Resorts, our onsite property manager, is pre-collected by vrbo at time of booking.
This ground floor unit offers easy access from parking as well as out the lanai to the beautiful spacious grounds. The unit is in building 18 #113 which is centrally located on the spectacular Kiahuna Plantation Resort with convenience to the beach, pool, athletic club, shopping and restaurants. The ceiling fans along with large patio doors and louvred windows draws the cooling trade winds nicely through the condo. Additionally, A/C was installed to help with those days/nights of extra warm temperatures. This one bedroom unit has a California King bed, sofa queen sleeper in the living room and porta-crib available. The kitchen is fully equipped as well as dining both inside or out on the private lanai. Just a 2 minute walk through lusciously landscaped grounds brings you to the very popular Poipu Beach! Enjoy great snorkeling along the coral reefs, boogey board the waves and relax to the spectacular sunsets. This unit includes boogie boards, beach umbrella's and beach chairs, cooler and various beach toys. Everything you need to have fun in the sun!

Important To Know

Great unit. Great location. Hot tub and pool are across the street. Hot tub always had lots of kids in it using as a play pool. Pool and hot tub close at 7:00 PM. no time for adults to use witout kids.

Kiahuna Plantation excellence

The property is very clean neat and orderly. It has everything you need to enjoy your stay. The location close to parking and the walkway to the pool is excellent. Only a couple minutes walk to the ocean. The ground floor makes it very easy to walk out and is close to the barbecue grills. Would definitely stay here if we come back to Kauai.

Perfect paradise!

This is a superb spot just a short walk to a great swimming beach, close to incredible snorkeling, and a quick drive to hiking. Would definitely stay here again 10/10

Baseball Tourney/Family Vacation

Our stay here was amazing! The experience we had was great from beginning to end. Our host was wonderful and very helpful with all questions we had and concerns answered promply. The condo was perfect for all of our needs and very inviting. We will definitely book again in the near future ❤️

Beautiful location and nice, clean unit. Beware of loud roosters early in the morning

We love the plantation vibe here. This unit is so nice, clean, and comfortable. It’s a short walk to the beach as well. The owner is also easy to communicate with. However, I have a couple of suggestions: inquire about how much the cleaning fee is that you will pay upon check-in. Also, plan on being awoken between 3 and 4 AM by the incredibly loud roosters outside the unit. The bed was quite comfortable and we slept very well, but the roosters were so loud that I would suggest that you bring earplugs if that kind of thing bothers you. We were up very early every morning.

Amazing vacation

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this property. We are and have always been so impressed by the staff as well as the cleanliness of the entire property. I would definitely recommend staying here and hope to again in the future.

Amazing location

We had a fabulous time! The location and beauty of the property cannot be beat! Everything we needed was within walking distance! The host answered every message immediately and was incredibly responsive. We will definitely come back to this unit in the future!!

Beautiful condo and property

Great condo and property. Great response time with the property owner. The 3 stars for the check in process was due to some miss communication on the large “check out” cleaning fee that is due at arrival. But the owner was responsive and handled it well. Would recommend this location and we would stay there again!

Beautiful location

We had everything we needed. Great beach 2 minutes from the unit. Access to the athletic club is a huge bonus. We will definitely be back.

Love this property. Everything as described. I just missed the 350 cleaning fee I had to pay at property. Missed that. Other wise I’d stay here again

Perfect location

Dianne was so easy to communicate with. We really enjoyed our stay. It was a perfect location with kids, since the building is close to parking and the pool. Little fish is directly across the street which was also really convenient in the mornings. The beach was close walking distance, and the kids LOVED having the grass area just outside the patio. It was a perfect location for our family. The main bed was really comfortable!

Highly Recommend Staying Here

This was a wonderful place to stay for our first trip to Kauai. Dianne was very helpful and responsive with the booking and assisting us when we experienced an unexpected flight delay. The condo is nicely laid out and the first floor lanai is a plus. Easy walk to the beach and chairs, umbrellas, etc. are provided. We will definitely be staying again on the future.

Exceeded All Expectations

This is a beautiful ground floor condo in a gorgeous, relatively small, quiet resort with wonderful staff. The grounds are lovely and the beach is great for families. The surf is small and fun for beginner surfers and snorkeling. Having the beach club was a great surprise. The beach towels, chairs, etc were a nice treat. The athletic club also exceeded our expectations. We played pickleball, table tennis and used the pool and gym. The pool is beautiful with a sandy beach access and a small waterslide. The condo itself is clean and modern with comfortable furnishings and everything we needed to make our own food. The grills are 50 ft off the lanai and every morning they're made to be the most impeccably clean grills I've ever seen. The beds and linens are quality and comfortable. Another great part of our stay was working with Dianne. She is a top notch host! She is responsive, professional, gracious and generous. Thank you for a fantastic stay!

Great location!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Diane's condo. It was clean, the beds were comfy, the shower had great pressure and plenty of hot water. The AC kept the condo very cool. The lanai was relaxing and the location was perfect. The only con was that it's a downstairs unit, so having a family with young children above us was annoying at times, especially the early morning wake-ups. This is just part of having upstairs neighbors. I definitely would stay here again!

Perfect in Poipu

We have stayed at Kiahuna Plantation many times and this unit was excelent. Very comfortable furniture in the living room. Comfy bed and we like the building's location with parking always available. All the beach gear was a plus for us.

My husband and I are from a small town in southeastern Washington called Walla Walla. Our town is located in a beautiful valley that sits at the base of the Blue Mountains. We love spending time at our cabin up in the Blues almost as much as our time on Kauai.

We first visited the Kiahuna Plantation about 25 years ago and instantly fell in love! Right then we made it our dream to eventually own a condo here when we retired and prayed it would come true. The spacious grounds are so beautifully landscaped with the plantation style buildings nicely spaced with lots of green areas.
