A clean out fee that is charged by Castle Resorts, our onsite property manager, is pre-collected by vrbo at time of booking.
This ground floor unit offers easy access from parking as well as out the lanai to the beautiful spacious grounds. The unit is in building 18 #113 which is centrally located on the spectacular Kiahuna Plantation Resort with convenience to the beach, pool, athletic club, shopping and restaurants. The ceiling fans along with large patio doors and louvred windows draws the cooling trade winds nicely through the condo. Additionally, A/C was installed to help with those days/nights of extra warm temperatures. This one bedroom unit has a California King bed, sofa queen sleeper in the living room and porta-crib available. The kitchen is fully equipped as well as dining both inside or out on the private lanai. Just a 2 minute walk through lusciously landscaped grounds brings you to the very popular Poipu Beach! Enjoy great snorkeling along the coral reefs, boogey board the waves and relax to the spectacular sunsets. This unit includes boogie boards, beach umbrella's and beach chairs, cooler and various beach toys. Everything you need to have fun in the sun!

The unit was so lovely! The access to the grassy lawn right outside was so nice for our family, and the closet was stocked with beach and pool toys. Unit was clean and very well maintained. Very centrally walkable to both beach and pool. Would definitely stay here again!

Honestly, one of the best Vrbo experiences we've had! The space is cozy and in a great location near the beaches and some really great local spots to eat. Dianne, our host was amazing! She went above and beyond to accommodate our needs! Highly recommend staying here!

It was a nice condo with all the amenities you’d need. It even had beach chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards. But we didn’t expect the noise from upstairs to be as bad as it was every single day. I wouldn’t rent this condo again, the only way I’d book here again is if it was a top level condo. The walls are thin and I wouldn’t want to risk having inconsiderate neighbors again. It was exhausting hearing nothing but stomping and banging every single day. (Yes, we called security and they spoke with them upstairs and it didn’t change their behavior and we were realistic in knowing they wouldn’t just kick someone out from their vacation home). Communication was great with the host but the onsite staff wasn’t as helpful.

Great accommodations in beautiful location

We loved our stay. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The unit was superbly furnished and an easy walk to beach and athletic club.

We always love our stay at Kiahuna and this time was no different. Diane was an amazing host and the condo was perfect. Great location, nice and clean, and was stocked with all the beach supplies and toys for us to use each day. We can’t wait to come back!

Great, comfy place to stay in Poipu

We had a great experience with this property at the Kiahuna Plantation. The beach access and central location was excellent and fit our stay very well.

Perfect paradise!

This is a superb spot just a short walk to a great swimming beach, close to incredible snorkeling, and a quick drive to hiking. Would definitely stay here again 10/10

We had access to everything we wanted and were within walking distance to the beach. The pool and gym were great. We walked to poipu beach to see the turtles at dusk too which was worth the walk! The grounds were well maintained with great scenery. Everything was clean and the host was very helpful.

We had a great time and loved our stay in this condo! The condo was very clean and the location was perfect for our needs! Communication with the host was fantastic, she was responsive and answered all or our questions in a quick and friendly manner! We would definitely stay here again!

My husband and I are from a small town in southeastern Washington called Walla Walla. Our town is located in a beautiful valley that sits at the base of the Blue Mountains. We love spending time at our cabin up in the Blues almost as much as our time on Kauai.

We first visited the Kiahuna Plantation about 25 years ago and instantly fell in love! Right then we made it our dream to eventually own a condo here when we retired and prayed it would come true. The spacious grounds are so beautifully landscaped with the plantation style buildings nicely spaced with lots of green areas.
