The property was great! We had everything we needed to make us comfortable including a lanai with an ocean view. The plantation grounds are beautiful and quiet. Our hosts Erick and Sandy were available to answer questions and communicate helpful information about the property before and during our stay. It was a lovely experience in every way!

This was a one bedroom condo, second floor of a two story building, on the end. Cons: It could use some updating in the kitchen and the bathroom. The stove knobs are completely worn so hard to tell what you’re doing! AC really only cools the living area. Could use a split in the bedroom. The ocean view was more of a peak over the parking lot below. We were there 3 weeks, clean towels once. We were also there during Lala. Surprised we weren’t given any updates on power outage. Pros: Great accessibility to the beach! Beautiful grounds at Kiahuna, lots of grass. Very friendly staff. Easy walk to Poipu Beach thru resorts next door. Check the map. Laundromat easy to use, fast, and takes credit cards and Apple Pay. Owner was very quick responding to my questions. I would definitely stay at Kiahuna Plantation again. Actually enjoyed the fact that the pool and bar were across the street.

Everything was very nice. Good quality bed, kitchen well appointed, view from balcony with a bit of an ocean view. Communications from the host were thorough and timely.

This was our 3rd time at Kiahuna. We love it there. Great host, very responsive. Condo well located! Apt was well appointed. Even had 2 rice cookers.

Parking was easy just outside our room. Loved sitting on the deck in the morning having my coffee watching the ocean waves. I liked being on the 2nd floor it has a better view. The room was comfortable my son slept on the roll out and said it was fine. Kitchen has most of what you need, no spices or oil you need to bring your own. It’s nice and quiet too. The Host is fantastic & will answer any questions & checks to see if you’re needing anything. The property is beautiful, I’d return there anytime.

Paradise in Poipu!

We enjoyed every minute of our stay!the Unit is stocked with everything we needed to have fun at the beach and it truly is steps away from one of the nicest beaches on the island.

We had such a great experience staying at this property! Check in was a breeze and all the amenities. Even though we didn’t utilize, it was a nice treat to have some streaming services available. Host and front desk were very attentive and checked in with us upon arrival and before we left to assure our needs met. Ocean and sunset was lovely from our balcony was magnificent. Another added bonus was the ability to view luau nearby. Thanks for having us and would highly recommend.

Kiahuna Plantation Condo

We loved our stay in Condo 170, Kiahuna Plantation Resort! The condo was very well equipped with everything needed, and was comfortable! Good location within the Resort as well.

A pleasant and relaxing stay

Clean, light, airy and well appointed, unit was close to the beach. The kitchen, bath and beach toys had everything needed for our stay. We would love to visit again. The veranda is peaceful and beautiful.

Best experience

My wife and i have stayed on the island before and this was the best experience we have had yet. The owners were prompt in answering questions. The property was amazing. We will be going back next year!

We enjoyed our stay in Kauai at the Kiahuna Plantation Resort. The room was nice and clean and the AC was crucial. The Kiahuna beach was very nice and the amenities onsite were good. We could partially see the ocean from our room but we could not hear it. We did not use the swimming pool or gym facilities because they were a bit of a walk across the street but the nieghborhood was really great. The lanai was awesome but the AC outlet is on the lanai with you and was exhausting hot air pulled out of the condo which made the lanai really warm. So turn off the AC in the room before hanging on the lanai. We did have one hiccup where house keeping did not perform our complimentary cleaning day. When we checked the front desk attendent let us know that we had a one time complimentary house keeping day where they would come and replenish towels, toilet paper, and clean the bathroom. Housekeeping never came on the day we had scheduled. I called housekeeping that evening and a woman did bring a garbage bag full of fresh towels and toilet paper and she told us they would come the next day to do the housekeeping and pick up our used bathroom towels. Unfortunately they never showed the next day either so we never had the complimentary house keeping service and were left with a pile of dirty towels in the hallway. Other than that we had a good time and slept comfortably each nite. Our kids were not big fans of the pull out bed in the couch but they managed.

Two weeks of heaven

The property is beautiful! The condo is right between the two beach green spaces. Near shopping and many restaurants. But make sure you always make time for the sunsets.

Great spot

We loved this condo for its convenient location. The bed was comfortable and our kids even said the pull out was comfortable. The mini split AC was very nice to have as we weren’t getting much of a breeze in the unit. We would stay again.

Quiet & Serene

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was very homey and comfortable with everything we needed! I greatly appreciated Erick and the onsite management for assisting with a minor maintenance issue upon our arrival. The location of this condo is perfect and it is so quiet. We truly enjoyed staying at the Kiahuna Plantation Resort!

Wonderful condo with peekaboo ocean view. Had everything we needed. Comfortable bed, ceiling fans, standing fan & AC. Great communication from owner. Great area, beautiful close beach. Would definitely stay here again.

Close to Best beach!

Owners were very responsive to any questions and reimbursed for laundry as laundry building under renovation. Grateful for A/C. Close to a great beach, restaurants. No pool on property but free new healthclub across the street (walkable) that does have a pool and drink/food! Def recommend!

Wonderful choice

Very pleased with our choice - great location, close to beach in resort area with many fab restaurants, as well as a convenient base to see the rest of the island. Exceptionally clean and comfortable unit, with aesthetic appeal, in a garden setting. Resort staff friendly and efficient. Laundry and bbq nearby as well as a beautiful koi garden and walks along the ocean - highly recommend!

Clean, comfortable, and close to the beach!

Great location! We were able to walk to the beach and had access to beach gear, towels, etc. We also use the athletic club on several occasions and enjoyed their facilities. Hosts were excellent in communication regarding check-in and check out and the interactions with the registration office at the facility was easy and seamless. We enjoyed the south side of the island and did several excursions inland. The location of the condo worked out perfectly. Love to stay there again!
