Ocean view condo with BEST location on the island!

Our unit is located on the first floor near the stairway for easy access. Also close to the elevator for bringing up luggage or shopping purchases. The balcony faces the pool and has a direct view of the ocean. Inside there is one queen sized bed, built in bunk beds, a pull out couch, and one bathroom. Every room has been renovated within the past three years and freshly painted in February 2023. We have a wonderful cleaning/maintenance crew to make sure everything is clean and working for your visit. It's all about the location! Quick walk across the street to Coligny Plaza for restaurants with live music, coffee/bakery, grocery store, and shopping options. Short walking distance to two beachside bars. Pool Bar Jim's to the North, and the brand new Holiday Inn Tiki Hut beach bar to the South. Both can be accessed from the beach or from the street. Best location on the island!

Nice trip to Hilton Head

Nice beachfront condo property. Beautiful beach with nice pool area. Condo was clean and as described. Check in was quick and easy with advance entry code notification. Great proximity to local restaurants and bars. Would stay here again.

So close!

We really enjoyed our stay the Breakers. Very close to everything we needed but also in a central location on the island for venturing out. I would only suggest some hooks for clothes hats and towels etc.

Location

This property was perfect for our family of four. The bunk beds were a great addition so we didn’t have to use the pullout couch. Excellent location. In the heart and walkable to so many things.

Perfect Location

This condo is the perfect location to beach, Coligny Plaza, Jim Pool Bar, and great entertainment locations. We had great communication with the owner, she was very helpful with a few questions I had. Will definitely be back.

Get away

We had a great visit. The condo is conveniently located for walking and biking. The condo itself was comfortable for the two of us. The evenings on the balcony were nice.

Nice Little Getaway

Such a nice condo for a quiet weekend trip into Hilton Head. For our first time on the island it was in a great location, right on the beach and in walking distance/short driving distances to many amazing restaurants based off the owner’s recommendations.

Perfect Getaway!

A week on Hilton Head was a perfect getaway! The condo was clean, organized and equipped for a weeks' stay. We loved the pool and close ocean access. There are great bars and restaurants within close walking distance. We will be back !

Wonderful getaway!

We enjoyed 3 nights on Labor Day weekend in the condo. The space was perfect for us with the pull out sofa and amazing location! So close to the nice pool and beach! The beach was so crowded since it was a holiday weekend but still enjoyable. Only thing we wished the condo had was an oven. Thanks for a great vacation!

Great location

I stayed here for 3 days. I wanted to get away to the beach without breaking the bank. The location is perfect. I didn't even move my car once I got there. Everything you need is within a couple minutes walking distance. Grocery store, eating, shopping, the ocean, pool. The gaurd was very very friendly.

Family vacation

First time to HH and we were not disappointed! Booking was easy and info sheet was very helpful. The location was perfect walking distance to everything we needed and wanted. Having the pool and beach within steps of condo was amazing. The view from balcony was a plus too!

Great location on the beach!

This is our second year staying at the Breakers. We love the location— on the beach and walking distance to restaurants, grocery, and shops. The pool is a good size and plenty of parking available. The rooms are a good size for a couple or families with smaller children. The room is clean and provided everything we needed for our stay including some beach items which we borrowed. The owner was very kind and communicative. Check is was easy and we would definitely return to stay here.

Perfect for our getaway/business trip

Very convenient to the hotel where the conference was held, but with the convenience of more space and the kitchen. Nice view, good access to the beach, and Coligny Plaza had everything we needed: restaurants, grocery store, bakery, and "libations store." We didn't have to move the car once - just walked where we needed to go. Thank you!

Great place, great location

Kendra's property was terrific! It's right on the beach and right next to Coligny Plaza, with plenty of shops and restaurants. The condo was recently repainted and looked really nice. Kendra was super easy to work with: very responsive and helpful. I definitely will come back!

My husband and I are from Michigan and originally purchased this condo as a flip. When we bought it in 2006 it needed quite a bit of updating. However, when the housing market began to struggle we decided to wait. In the meantime, we visited when we could and absolutely fell in love with the Island and the lifestyle. Renting has allowed us to offset the costs of the condo so that we can keep it in the family but has also introduced me to some amazing people who have made our home away from home their yearly vacation spot. What an unexpected bonus!

The location of our condo is, in my opinion, the best on the island. Coligny Plaza is across the street, offering a variety of restaurants, coffee and bakery shops, ice creameries, a hardware store, grocery store, and so many shopping options you would never need to get into a car. There are also restaurants and shopping options within steps of the condo on both sides. If you are looking for adult beverages and entertainment on the beach you can choose to walk to the North, where you will find Pool Bar Jim's located at the Sea Crest. They have amazing frozen fresh fruit drinks. To the South is Holiday Inn's recently rebuilt Beachside Tiki Hut. Both offer food and live music seasonally.
