My daughter and I really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was super clean, centrally located, and had all the amenities we're used to at home, right down to the coffee pods and laundry detergent. Emily was easy to reach and made sure we were well taken care of. If you're looking for a place in the Phoenix area, this might just be the place for you!

Beautiful property! The pool area was great for enjoying the sunshine and lounging with family. Convenient location. The house was very clean, beds were comfortable, ample space and seating, and the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking.

We loved the pool and spent almost all of our downtime there! The large TV was also a big hit! Thank you for creating such a comfortable spot for families to have a home away from home!

Nice peaceful stay

Nice spacious accommodations. Clean and tastefully decorated. Very nice clean pool. Will consider a future stay. Emily is very thorough and prompt in responding.

Baseball Getaway

Great stay overall, walkable to Hohokam Stadium and transit. Very comfortable beds. On a bit of a busy street so be prepared for some traffic noise and a barking dog on the neighboring property. The pool is not heated, but the kids did brave it and enjoyed the slide immensely.

Could not have been better!!!

We had such a wonderful time at the Desert Sunset. Everything we needed was provided: linens, cooking materials, games - even coffee for the Keurig! Emily is a wonderful host - attentive and super responsive to any questions. The home is quiet and roomy - well maintained and clean. The house is on a large road, so is very convenient for getting around easily. Very convenient to the airport and everywhere we needed to be. An absolutely lovely stay.

One of the Best

First things first, Emily is so communicative and inviting she made us feel right at home and that we could ask her anything. The check-in process was so easy and user friendly. Her home was so clean and felt very comfortable and spacious. This was without a doubt one of the best experiences as it was close to pretty much everything.

It was perfect…almost.

I enjoyed this property. There is always little things that aren’t perfect but all in all, it was great. My only disappointment was that it was too cold to swim in the pool but you can’t predict Mother Nature.

LOVED OUR STAY

This house was a perfect place for many reasons. Not only was Emily just a text away, but we were close to everything. Beds were so comfortable. I looked forward to retiring at the end of a busy day. The sheets were the smoothest I ever had. This house was EXTREMELY clean. The host was VERY friendly. I would absolutely stay here again! Thank you Emily 😊🙌

Excellent accommodations in great location!

Very tidy and lovely home, equipped with everything you need. Beds were all comfortable and good sized bedrooms and closets. Bathrooms were spotless and modern. Emily is a great host and there when you need her. She is very accommodating and wants to share all she knows about the area. The pool and backyard area is beautiful, unfortunately we were a little too early this season for it to be warm enough to enjoy. (although my kids still swam!) Location is central to shops and stadiums. We had a great stay!

Very nice house and backyard space

Our family spent 3 nights at this house. There was enough room for our family and the outdoor space was very nice. We spent a lot of our time in the mornings and then in the evening after getting back from our activities during the day out in the various areas around the pool. Everything we needed was supplied in the kitchen and the house. The house was nicely decorated and very clean. The only drawback for us was that the pool wasn’t heated so we were unable to use it while we were there, although we knew that beforehand.

The property was exactly as stated. Plenty of kitchen supplies. We especially loved that there was plenty of containers for any leftovers!! We were able to use the pool and outdoor grill! Communication with the host was wonderful. Thank you.

Great and quick responses when asked questions. The pool was a blast. Located next to a freeway so you could get places quickly. It was a nice place!

Our family loved this house. Very comfortable space, and the kids had a great time in the pool. Excellent host. We'll definitely keep this place in mind the next time we're in Mesa.

Overall, our stay was great. the place was very comfortable for our group of 9 (including 6 children ages 2-14). There were ample bath and pool towels, bedding, and pillows. The place was clean, the backyard was nice. The kids loved the pool. We didn't have any issues (and didn't even see) the tenants who live in the small building in the back. I was disappointed that there wasn't better pool security though - there were no special locks or door alarms and so I was always a bit on edge - what if one of our younger kids woke up before we did and headed out a door? The basic lock was not sufficient and I expected that there were appropriate safety measures since the place was billed as family friendly - aren't there rules for rentals? Another (minor) inconvenience was that the blender didn't work. Of course, we didn't find that out until we already bought frozen fruit, etc. to make smoothies. I let the owner know, she thanked me for telling her. But she never apologized for the inconvenience. It's a small thing, and I know it may not have been possible to replace it immediately for us, but I would have expected at least an apology. Thankfully we had family in the area and were able to bring them the frozen fruit we purchased so it didn't have to be thrown out.Again, the blender was a minor detail, the lack of pool safety was of more concern but will only affect those with young kids. Overall, I was happy with our stay and it was a great week.
