Sunrise Escape was very nice with a great location and wonderful view. The living room was very comfortable. The master bedroom was comfortable, but the on-suite bathroom was very small. Some black-out shades would be helpful as the morning sun comes in very bright. The second bedroom is okay but has no closet although does have a unique hanging rack! It also has a motor-like noise that we could not locate. The beds are extremely soft in the second bedroom. The kitchen is well stocked but dated with wooden counters. However, that did not affect their functionality. The digital lock was great with no keys to keep track of and a very easy number to remember. Proximity to beach was very good and very close.Overall, a very nice well equipped unit suitable for a maximum of 4 people.

Hi David! Just now seeing this review. Thank you for taking the time to leave a kind review. I will consider the blackouts for the future. I have always gone back and forth on Maybe adding them because some love the sunrise so much that I hate to block it any way. But can definitely see the value in having the option. This is the first I’ve heard of a humming noise! Will definitely have to look into that! Thanks for letting me know. And the wooden counters, as seen in the photos, are sealed so should be no issues with them. Just adds to the beach boho vibe of the unit. Thanks again for a great visit! Would welcome you back any time!

Loved our beach stay at this condo

We enjoyed our stay at your condo very much. The location was nice and quiet, perfect view of the ocean and sunrise from the balcony and the elevator was super nice to the 3rd floor.

Erica was a wonderful host! Very responsive not only while we were there, but every step leading up to our stay! The place was very very clean and accommodating for us. We really appreciated such a cozy and homey environment.

Great location for a relaxing vacation

Right on the beach in a quiet part of Topsail island. Even on Memorial Day the beach and pool never felt crowded. Highly recommend.

Fantastic Stay at Topsail

We loved this property at North Topsail. Great ocean view and the condo have everything you need. Erica was a good communicator and reach out mid trip to make sure everything was good. We would highly recommend this property and will definitely e back.

Perfect stay.

I cannot say enough good things about this place! Everything was so clean and fully stocked with everything we needed and more. The beds were incredibly comfortable and we could hear the ocean at night. Will definitely be back.

Summer family vacation

We stayed for 1 week at this location, it was beautiful! Erica was great and quick to communicate with. Everything was clean in the unit. The view was amazing, and the access to the beach/pool/playground was easy. Would most definently stay again if we return to N Topsail!

Our stay began with a nor’easter and king waves and ended with lots of sunshine and warm weather. It was fun having a front row seat on the balcony to see the beauty in it all. The condo was very comfortable, had all that we needed to cook, play games, enjoy the beach and make new memories. Our host checked in on us and gave some great recommendations for day trips and restaurants. We would definitely recommend Sunrise Escape and hope to return in the future.

Super cute and clean. Great location and views. Loved sitting out on the balcony watching and listening to the waves, even saw dolphins! Very nice beach too. Looking forward to coming back sometime!

Perfect Location for Visiting Camp Lejeune

Great condo right on the beach. Has everything you need and everyting advertised. Better than a hotel for visiting or working with the Marines at Camp Lejeune or Stone Bay. Good restaurant right down the road from the condo. Splash by the Sea.

Wonderful!

What an outstanding place to stay at the beach. The apartment was clean, well stocked with everything needed in kitchen, bedrooms and showers. Our host provied a well stocked welcome goodies bag. The view of the ocean from the balcony was fantastic. Well worth staying here.

Absolute perfection

We stayed at the condo while closing on our house and it was amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed the condo, the ocean views, and the area is so nice! Erica is a rockstar, truly, she went above and beyond to ensure we were happy and taken care of. I highly recommend this condo to anyone thinking of staying in Topsail!

Beautiful views!

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful ocean view property! The views were breathtaking, and the proximity to the beach made it the perfect vacation spot. The condo was well-equipped, and comfortably accommodated our group. The host was responsive and ensured we had everything we needed. We can't wait to return for another relaxing getaway. Highly recommended!

Excellent Condo, Beach, and Owners!

Communication with the owner was great! She provided all needed information prior to check-in. She also checked on us during our stay. The condo was clean and it had numerous extras including beach towels and a large Nesso beach tent. The beachfront view from the balcony was nice. The beach was clean and there was plenty of room. We would stay at this location again.

Good Memories

The most fully stocked property we have ever rented. From the kitchen to plenty of towels including beach towels and beach supplies including a beach canopy that was a huge blessing! Beds and pillows were very comfortable…we all had wonderful sleep while there. Just steps away from the beach. Great time!!
