4 bedroom year round home on East Pond, Oakland, Maine. Just fully renovated with all new furniture, new Serta Beds, appliances and all cookware and plates. Large Sauna,. 2 living rooms, one with a pellet stove, the other a gas fireplace. Relaxing outdoor space including two decks, lakefront deck with a swim dock and new boat dock. 2 gas grills,1 lobster pot gas cooker. New linens and pillows. Garage holds a new ping pong table, corn hole game and dart board. New back up automatic Kohler generator. You won't want to leave.

East Pond Maine

We had a great stay at the house. The photos showed the property well and the communication with the owner was perfect. I recommend this house to rent!

Great family vacation!

The property was conveniently located to Waterville which gave easy access to grocery stores, restaurants, etc. Maine Boat Rental would be recommended as well. Property is located close enough to the public boat ramp that I was able to walk over and pick up a pontoon for 4 days. The host was very responsive and great to deal with. It was a great week vacation!!! We’d definitely recommend and this is a house I’d rebook.

What a great place. Serene. Open. Beautiful. Had a great stay. Sauna was awesome. Living room is open and feels like we are “in the woods”. Beautiful. And lake is super pretty.

Finally....Perfect Place on East Pond

This was an annual visit from a group of guys reliving our summer camp glory days. We've wondered around various properties but finally found the right place. The house itself is clean, modern and well-equipped. The proximity of the lake, the view and the common areas set-up perfectly for our visit. Noel was communicative and helpful. Great place and we intend to visit again next year.

Gem for Graduation!

Noel was a fantastic host and reached out multiple times with offers, suggestions and conversation regarding the property. The house is fantastic and we were able to host a graduation cookout for our Colby Grad and his roommates and their families. With 2 grills, a lobster pot which we used to cook salt potatoes, a well-equipped kitchen, a fire pit and the absolutely amazing garage, we were the favorite event of the weekend! Darts, ping pong, a hook game and corn hole occupied the graduates in the garage while the parents finally got to relax in the comfort of the two tiered deck overlooking the lake. The beds were comfortable, the layout great and the sauna a lovely addition to warm up after our unusually cold graduation weekend. The location, so close to Colby, made it ideal for travel back and forth and that was a huge help, as we hosted grandparents as well. We were able to spend one sunny day lakeside and enjoyed the kayaks and the docks down by the water, although the water was SO cold for anyone other than the fish! But that was just our dumb luck by having it 40 and raining during Graduation. Thank you for allowing us to stay at this wonderful property! Although our time in Waterville, ME is over, I can highly recommend to all!

Beautiful lake cabin

We had a wonderful stay. The cabin was sparkling clean and well-appointed. Beds were super comfy. The lake was gorgeous with nice chairs lakeside to take in the view. Host made us feel very welcome. Would definitely stay again.

My Dad and I stayed while visiting my sister and we absolutely loved the home! So comy, cozy and very clean! Beds are very comfortable. The host is very hospitable and kind. Very highly recommended!

Perfect stay on the lake!

The house was in excellent condition. It was very clean and comfortable for our family of 5. The kids played on the dock, fished, paddled, played ping pong, and enjoyed a fire pit in the evening. We rented a ski boat and tube from Bill at Belgrade boat shop. Noel was super accommodating, allowing us to dock the boat at the house and help us with the details. There is not much to the town of Oakland, but the deli at the end of the road had great sandwiches and craft beer. We recommend this rental for a fun quiet outdoor getaway.
