We had a great week staying at this home. Sandra was very quick with responses and answers to our questions. It was clean, spacious and comfortable. We hope to book again next year!

Evergreen at Sebago

This was our second rental of the property. Very nice house that provided a great base for our family vacation at Point Sebago. Quiet location very close to the golf course. Wide range of activities for the grand kids at the Point Sebago resort. About an hour and 15 minute ride for our annual pilgrimage to Story Land in NH.

Lovely home on a corner lot

The home was open and spacious, with a sunroom and a large kitchen island. Master BR has large private bathroom, with 2nd bathroom in the hall for guests. Nice amenities like washer/dryer, dishwasher, private backyard and cozy wrap-around deck. Far from beach, but very close to golf course entrance. Only negative is that the master bed is small and fairly uncomfortable. Otherwise, a great place to stay!

Tonya, We are glad you enjoyed your stay at our home. The listing does state that the master bed is a queen size bed. The mattress was new 4 years ago, I am sorry you did not find it comfortable. You are the first to mention this, everyone has different preferences for firmness/softness. It sounds that all in all you had a pleasant stay. Thank you, Sandra

Cozy house, resort subpar

Sandra was great and really easy to work with. We were really looking forward to grilling while staying, but the grill was not in good condition at all, as it looked like it hadn't ever been cleaned. The rest of the house was fine. It is about as far from the resort center/beach as you can get, and renting a golf cart is a must(which is a large extra cost, on top of resort fees). We were disappointed with Point Sebago overall; sadly the new reviews about it are true. But that is in no way the fault of this owner. Aside from not being able to grill, we enjoyed our stay. We were comfortable, slept great, and stayed cool.

Great house for a family of five for the week. Very communicative host. Easy check in/check out. Would rent property again.

This was our fourth year staying at 1644 Evergreen for our annual family trip to Point Sebago. Excellent location, a nice layout that meets all of our family's needs, and access to both golfing and resort activities. Sandra was an excellent host and was very responsive to our questions and needs. We have already booked our stay for next year.
