4 Bedroom Lake House with Sandy Entrance & Boat Dock

We are disappointed by this review because it does not accurately reflect the condition of the property or our interactions with these guests. On the second day, I personally responded to their concerns. Their toddler had locked an interior door and the lock was damaged when they attempted to get back in. I repaired it. Their cleanliness concerns were insects/debris on exterior window screens and residue in the bottom of a trash can beneath a clean bag. We addressed this with our cleaner. I returned again after they tripped a breaker using their own electric griddle and reset it. I did not yell at or verbally abuse these guests. In fact, immediately afterward, the guest texted me apologizing for her husband's behavior, specifically describing it as him "verbally abusing" me, and told me they would be leaving a 5-star review. We received no further complaints for the remainder of their stay, including any report of no running water or unresolved safety issues. Had we been notified, we would have responded immediately. They stayed the entire week, regularly entertained a large group, and on the final day the husband personally told me how much they enjoyed the house and property and asked if they had been too loud. We take guest concerns seriously and respond promptly. Our many other reviews reflect the experience we consistently provide.
