Beautiful Views!!!!

The cabin was exactly as advertised and a great place to stay! The checkin process was very smooth and the place was very clean. Plenty of things to do in the area and the views from the property are STUNNING!!

Perfect Black Hills Getaway

Beautiful property that was quiet and accommodating! Very clean! We rent a cabin/house every year and this was our absolute favorite. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could need to cook any meal. Comfortable and cute furniture and plenty of space

Nice house but felt uncomfortable

We enjoyed the house and location. We felt really uncomfortable with all the rules posted that we were afraid to use or touch anything. It is hard to enjoy yourself when you are worried about fines being charged to you. Communication with property owner was good.

Haus in toller Lage, top Ausstattung und Mega Blick

Quiet get away

The house was very nice and as advertised. Property host was responsive and great to deal with. We loved the wildlife ever evening from the spacious deck, the view was amazing. Would definitely recommend this property.

Wonderful vacation

We had planned our vacation for a year and a half. The cabin was easy to locate and very nice. We all felt comfy and relaxed when we returned from a day of riding. The cabin is so peaceful and the views from front porches are amazing. Rules were common sense and thats why its so nice. Would stay again.

Beautiful area

We loved this area, nice quiet neighborhood, right next to a gulf course and seen deer in the evening. We had parking for 2 pickups with trailers and a lane to get our sxs's out of the car port. Propane is hooked up to house in case u bring an additional one it will need a tank. Also, no grill spatula available. The one available has no handle.

Property was lovely and worked well for our group. HOA no RV parking but they did have an area to park it near entrance of the neighborhood. Quiet, views great. Did have trailer parking spot in front of the house. Overall very nice.

Lovely Property

We had a wonderful 10 day stay at this cozy/well set up property. Allison was extremely helpful with great communication. This house is really well set up for traveling with family. There are two living spaces with bathrooms/bedrooms so people can have some space.

What a great stay! The house was beautiful, clean and accommodated us very well. The views were amazing and the neighborhood was quiet. Next time we return to the area we know exactly where we will be staying! Thank you!!

This place was ok, It was in a great location. Clean but so many signs and demands that we were afraid to touch anything. There were signs that if we didn’t do certain tasks we would be charged. We used the master and one bedroom in basement. Beds were not comfortable. We were charged a clean fee and still had to wash two loads of towels, and dishes. Too many demands!

Great location!

House was exactly as described! House needed some small handyman repairs. When we got there house was 90 percent clean we did clean the rest of it and no big deal. Fantastic views from the house. Would definitely rent there again.

Great property.

The property was excellent. However,The MANY notes (both laminated and bathroom "decorations") posted in the house regarding rules and penalties seem excessive to me. As stated in the online rental agreement and the binder should be enough. The did not make me feel like a welcome (paying) guest...more like more like someone merely tolerated.

Awesome Stay!

Loved every minute of the stay. The house was clean, well cared for and accommodating. Loved walking every day in the Apple Springs neighborhood. It was quiet, safe and beautiful.

beautiful home; plenty of rules

The home was nicely appointed, well organized and clean for the most part. The bed was comfortable and easy on the back. Nonetheless, what should have been a pleasant stay was ruined by the stringent rules that were posted around the home. Some of the rules didn’t make sense such as the checkout laundry instructions wherein you are expected to complete a full load of laundry, load it in the dryer and put a new load in the washer before 10 a.m., all while you are packing, loading and trying to comply with the other checkout instructions. In addition to the stringent rules, there were structural issues. The home is not handicapped friendly and the stairs, which are required to reach the kitchen, living room and bedroom are treacherous, uncarpeted and slick. The entry door downstairs is to the bedroom rather than to the family room area; not an ideal set up.

Nice house and location

House was clean and comfortable. Location was great near Sturgis, Deadwood, Lead and Spearfish. Only surprise was bath soap and shampoo were not supplied.

Great Location

Newer and very clean cabin in great location between Deadwood and Sturgis. Comfortable beds with plenty of room for family. Would definitely stay there again.
