We really discovered this property only recently when visiting Captiva and instantly fell in love with it. Direct access to a gorgeous beach, marina and dock area with room for a boat, beautiful pool and barbeque area - everything within walking distance and easily accessible. And that great relaxed island lifestyle - perfect!

A four minute stroll to the pool or marina and only a minute more to the gorgeous gulf beach! Across the street you have our marina where you can bring your own boat and dock it for free. And next to it is Jensen's - a Captiva institution. Stroll over and say hello, get some bait for fishing, rent a boat, get the latest fishing tips or take a walk out on the dock. Also right across the street you have Captiva Cruises - try the dolphin watch and wildlife cruise or take a ride to beautiful, unspoiled Cayo Costa for the beach and shelling. Or maybe cruise to Cabbage Key or Useppa Island for a leisurely lunch and sightseeing.
