This was a great location for us near Hendrix. The house was clean, lots of room and comfortable beds. It had everything we needed in the kitchen. We would stay here again!!

Very clean and met all of our needs for Hendrix College move-in. Comfortable living room, comfortable beds, and plenty of kitchen supplies. Lots of nice finishing touches. Would definitely return to this property.

1st Birthday Trip

We had our grandchild’s first bday here and everyone who walked in loved this place! We are frequently in Arkansas, at least once a month to the grandbaby, so we will definitely be looking for this property.

Spacious and Comfortable

Our family had a great stay. The house is spacious and very clean. Host allowed us to check in early. And it was even decorated for the holidays which was a nice surprise! Would absolutely choose again.

Super Charming & Comfortable

Cannot express enough how cozy, comfortable and charming this property is. We loved it so much…from the comfortable beds, to the well- stocked kitchen, to the host, to the property’s location. If you’re looking for these characteristics then this place is the one to reserve.

Cute house in a great location!

House is spacious and super cute! Right next to Hendrix and just a few minutes from UCA. Here for a baseball tournament and this house fit our needs perfectly. Sally was quick to respond to any correspondence and super helpful!

The pictures do not do this home justice.

This was more like a home than a vacation rental. It is modern and super clean. We could not have asked for a more perfect place for our family. We have all said we want to go back again soon.

Wonderful welcoming home

We came for a friends wedding…6 adults! The house was a perfect fit for our group. Very spacious common areas with anything you could need! The house was very clean and well stocked with towels & coffee/coffee supplies! What more do you need! The location was great and the town of Conway was delightful! If we have a need to come back we would definitely stay here again!

Spacious place!!

This place was wonderful! We stayed here the night before the wedding with the bridal party. Everyone had their own bed and lots of space to talk, play games, and hang out. The host replied quickly and was wonderful. Would 100% return!

Great house in great location

The house was even better than expected! It was so spacious and was equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable home away from home for the week. Beds were extremely comfortable! Fully stocked kitchen. Roku TV's and all the games were great! Comfortable furniture. Felt very family friendly even with dishes/utensils for kids! Everything we needed was within a 5 or 10 minutes drive including grocery stores or restaurants. We come to Conway annually & have stayed in other rentals but will look to specifically return to this one for sure! Only thing to note is it is a few blocks from the train which does run late at night or early mornings & you can definitely hear the whistle. So if that might bother you, inquire about it. Even with sound machines, it woke my kids up a few times - was a bummer, but not enough to deter us from returning, but a future tenant may appreciate knowing that info.

Spacious house in convenient location

Every year, we gather with extended family in Conway, but it was our first time in this rental. Two of our families (8 people) stayed here 3 nights over Labor Day weekend. We were thrilled with the layout. The kitchen/dining room and living area flow together and feel like one big room. Lots of comfy seating, pillows and throws--and two game tables! The kitchen was well-stocked and we had everything we needed to make a few meals. Beds were super comfy and linens were good quality. Great responsiveness from the hosts during booking, but we didn't need a thing once we got there. The location was convenient to grocery stores and downtown. We LOVED the Art Walk downtown (1st Friday of every month), and recommend the new Rogue Roundabout restaurant for large groups. Rent this house on your next visit to Conway--we will be back!!

This is our second time to stay at this house. The first time we stayed with friends. We liked the house so much we booked for ourselves this trip to Conway. Very clean, just as pictures show. Easy to find and close to Hendrix College.

House is exactly as the pictures show ! Beds were extremely comfortable. House had everything we needed. We were in town for a baseball tournament and the location was great for being near the baseball complex and grocery stores.

Repeat Stay

UCA Graduation

The home is perfect for hosting and well laid out floor plan. We had plenty of comfortable beds and areas to relax. The open kitchen to the dining room was my favorite area. The Hosts were very responsive. I would recommend this property for small gatherings or relaxing getaway.

Perfect for family weekend

Our daughter attends school in Conway and this was perfect for a long weekend visit. The rooms are all large and the bathrooms were spotless. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed.

This was a great central location for our day trips to Petit Jean State Park, Hot Springs National Park and The Big Dam Bridge in Little Rock. Very clean and Spacious areas. Had a well stocked kitchen and appliances. Would stay there again if we are in the area!
