Hi! I’m Jessica, and hosting has always been close to my heart. I'm originally from Chicago but have been calling Arkansas home for many years. I love creating cozy, thoughtfully designed spaces where guests can slow down, settle in, and feel completely at home.

I’m inspired by simple comforts. Good coffee, warm lighting, peaceful mornings, and the little details that make a stay feel special. I also love supporting local spots and spending time with my dogs and cats, which has shaped the welcoming, lived-in feel of my homes.

Whether you’re visiting for a quiet getaway, a weekend reset, or time with loved ones, my goal is for your stay to feel calm, comfortable, and easy. Like a true home away from home.

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

Flora Cottage is nestled in a quiet, established neighborhood that feels calm and welcoming the moment you arrive.

One of the things I love most about this location is how peaceful it feels while still being just a short drive from great local restaurants, downtown Conway, and nearby campuses like Hendrix College and the University of Central Arkansas. It’s especially convenient for parents and families visiting students who want a comfortable, quiet place to come back to at the end of the day.

You can enjoy slow mornings, easy evenings, and the comfort of a cozy retreat — all while being close to everything you need.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

What truly makes Flora Cottage stand out is the feeling it gives the moment you step inside. The home is filled with natural light, greenery, and a sense of calm that instantly makes it feel special. The plant room is a guest favorite — a peaceful, sun-filled space that adds a unique, relaxing touch you don’t often find.

Every detail has been thoughtfully chosen with comfort in mind, from the cozy layout to luxury linens that make resting easy and restful. I also take pride in welcoming pets with their own amenity area, so furry family members feel just as cared for.

Above all, Flora Cottage is designed to feel intentional, warm, and well-loved — a space where guests can truly relax and enjoy a memorable stay.
