This cozy home in Conway has a beautiful open floor plan for making memories with friends and family. The home accommodates 6 people with a queen bed, full bed and pull out sofa couch. Home is perfect for couples, solo adventures, families and business travelers. Everything you need is here with a fully equipped up to date kitchen, linens, basic toiletries, hair dryer, central heat and air, wireless internet access, flat screen TV, washer/dryer and ironing equipment.

Outside the backyard is fully fenced in with large trees providing plenty of shade for those warm days. Great place for enjoying morning coffee and afternoon drinks.

Location is excellent in the Historical District of Conway less than 3 miles from all 3 colleges in Conway and a short 1.5 mile drive to hospital. You're going to love our downtown, the home is walking distance to excellent restaurants, live entertainment and antique shops and shopping (approx 4 blocks). Less than a mile to walking/bike trail.

Central Arkansas is conveniently located to several great hiking, biking, fishing, canoeing and boating areas.

Perfectly cozy

Small quaint property. The beds were comfortable, everything we needed was available, conveniently located downtown. We really enjoyed our stay!

Amazing property

We came down for our daughters college graduation and stayed about a week. Property is amazing, clean, great location, stocked with essentials, and had a great layout and flow. Will definitely stay here again when we come back to visit family.

Perfect Conway spot!

This was our 2nd stay during one of our volleyball tournaments. It has been perfect both times! Very clean, great location, and the most thoughtful owners we’ve ever rented with!

Great Cozy Home!!! Great Location!

We enjoyed our stay wasn't ready to go, felt like home. Kris was awesome, welcomed and offered to assist in anyway to make our stay very special. The home is just a lovely as the pictures. It has everything your family needs and close to everything. Thanks again Kris your home was beautiful.

Great house & location!

We really enjoyed our short stay in this home! When we arrived, Kris had left cookies and a very nice welcoming note. The house was very clean, had everything we needed and was close to many shopping and dining areas downtown. Great house in great location.

I loved this house! Beds were extremely comfortable. The TV remote instructions were easy to follow. The kitchen had everything we needed. My sister described it as cute and cozy. I'll be back! Thanks!

It was a great experience from the beginning. The owners were always prompt with answering my questions, check in and out was great, the home was so welcoming, clean, well furnished and supplied with all our needs and more. Absolutely wonderful. Highly recommend you stay. We will again for sure.

Perfect house for us.

All I can say is wow... Kris was there to greet us at arrival to show us around. All the amenities just like being in your own house. She was very helpful and understood our needs. Great location and quite neighborhood. Definitely would stay again when in Conway area. Would highly recommend this place. Thanks again Kris.

Beautiful home, so fabulous

We loved our time at the Downtown Charmer. Everything was so clean and well loved. You can feel that when you walk in. So many towels and a well stocked kitchen. The only teeny tiny frustration was the T.V. The antenna isn't able to get a clear picture on any channel. But since we were on the go the entire time, we really didn't care. Thanks so much Kris for everything!

It is a true CHARMER

This home is in a nice quiet neighborhood, minutes from downtown and St. Joseph's parish. Across the street is a school with extra parking in the summertime. The yard in back is fenced and clear for children to play and the driveway long for them to ride small bikes. Inside is very bright and cheerful. I only give it 4 stars because the furniture is a bit uncomfortable to sit on, but having a pull out sofa was a plus. Wish there were 2 queen beds. WILL STAY AGAIN! Kris was great hostess...very accommodating and willing to go an extra mile.

Comfortably Clean Conway Stay

I was refreshing to walk into a clean, minimally decorated two bedroom home just blocks away from historical downtown. It was convenient to walk there during the Toad Suck Daze festival. It was most delightful to have an owner who cares about his guests and the upkeep of his property. Thank you Kris for being so helpful and available! Thanks to you, we enjoyed our first experience in Conway.

We enjoy riding motorcycles, hiking, traveling and spending time with our family and friends. In 1998 we moved to Conway Arkansas with our two sons and immediately fell in love with Conway, our new place we now call home.

Wanting to share this same opportunity with those visiting the Conway area we’ve decided to open our downtown home to business travelers, adventures, vacationers and pretty much anyone wanting to come visit our great city.
We do not live on site, but we are close enough to take care of any needs that may arise.

This property in downtown has so much to offer –
Very close to UCA, Hendrix College, and CBC. You can enjoy all the excellent local restaurants, shopping, antique/flea markets – walking/biking trails, local parks and entertainment.
Being centrally located in the state we have the best of both worlds, less than 30 miles to excellent hiking, biking, fishing, canoeing, boating and camping areas.
