Peace with Spectacular Views

Awesome little Guest House. Walk through the front door and you are immediately viewing the Arkansas River. Very comfortable and very peaceful.

We loved the beautiful view of the river! Also the back patio with the hot tub was a great place to relax! Everything was very clean, comfortable and beautiful!

Great place for sunsets, listening to river, watching the boats go by. The house was beautiful with unique decor. We would absolutely book this place again and again!

Unexpected!

This property is gorgeous!! The setting is RIGHT on the river, so that in itself is beautiful. And it’s in a very nice neighborhood. The unexpected part is the impressive features of the little house and its spectacular style. Charming and 100% comfortable.

Better than the photos

I really can’t say enough about the house, the neighborhood, the view —all of it. I met my sister for a little getaway and we marveled many times at the beautiful attention to detail in the home. It’s so aesthetically tasteful —the pictures don’t do it justice! We enjoyed beautiful sunsets both nights and slept wonderfully in the beds which were very comfortable. Very happy with our stay and would come again!

Casa Coco was perfect for our Moss Mountain visit. Right on the Arkansas River! So relaxing and beautiful. Very clean and well appointed! Will return!

Lacrosse Tourney and Getaway

The pictures don't do the property justice as it is absolutely elegant in its design. We will definitely be staying again in the future. Robin was amazing as to communication as well!
