You'll also find an adjacent dining area and an inviting living area with a comfortable sofa and a TV for streaming all your favorite channels. Both bedrooms boast renovated en suites, with updates such as new floors, wall tiling, custom cabinets, and new custom-built showers. The primary bathroom even has its own stand-alone tub!

Things to Know
Please know that the HOA requires additional documentation for service animals. Please see notes sent after booking in the confirmation email on how to contact the HOA as you must have the service animal registered before check-in.
The fitness center is currently unavailable until further notice.
Valet parking is now optional - it is included in the guests' resort fees.
This vacation rental does not have access to laundry facilities. The nearest laundromat is a mile and a half north.

Construction Disclaimer:
The pool will be unavailable due to construction from approximately May 2025 through end of 2025. Work will occur six days a week from 9:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. High levels of noise are expected to be audible, as well as significant dirt and dust generation.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
