This 2 bedroom 2.5 bathroom property has been wonderfully decorated with our guests in mind! This is the newest downtown development recently added to the Southside! We cannot wait for you to experience gorgeous sunset views of Lookout Mountain and watch the trains off to the distance! Our neighbor, Oddstory Brewing is open giving guests walkable access to the brewery to enjoy food, live music, and excellent brews! The property has 3 levels and sleeps up to 8 guests! The kitchen and living room are on the first level. The second level has a King Master Bedroom, ensuite bathroom, and a twin rollaway bed! The third level guest room has two Queen beds, ensuite bathroom, laundry room, large closet, and a twin rollaway bed!

Great Central Location

Everything was great from start to finish. Whole family was able to enjoy staying there, while easily getting to all the major attractions.

Wonderful Chattanooga Experience

We loved our stay at this beautiful townhouse! The brewery next door was very convenient. The home was well-maintained, had everything we needed and comfortable beds. We would definitely stay here again!

Family Fun!

Second visit to the townhouse and will come back each time we gather. Easy access and neighborhood is growing and adding more fun restaurants constantly. Townhouse is very clean and well stocked! Thank you for another great family vacation!

Comfortable and Accommodating

While our house was undergoing repairs, we comfortably stayed in this townhouse. The owner was gracious and accommodating, and we were grateful for a place close to our home.

Amazing Place for a Family to Stay

Cleanest place I’ve ever stayed besides my own home! It seems to be in an area that is being built back up. It seems to be like there everywhere in Chattanooga. We enjoyed all of the character and history of the area. We were not afraid to stay here by any means, and we would absolutely return if we visit Chattanooga again.

We had a wonderful stay. Everything was clean and well stocked. We took our German Shepard and they had dog blankets available and a ball. There is also as area for dogs to run around in a gated area. My family went to the Oddstory brewery and it was great! We would love to stay here again.

Perfect place

The space was great and Interior design was really nice. We were a family of 5 and every person found their own space to enjoy. Closet spaces where huge and our 9 year old used them as her own personal space to read and draw. Enough bathrooms for multiple people to go at once. Excellent amenities with top tier appliances. Very close to convention center and wonderful places to dine. The family did not want to leave. It was excellent!

Very clean, fully stocked new-build two miles from the Aquarium. Beds were comfortable. New brewery right next door. Highly recommend.

Easy and friendly

This property delivered way more than we needed. The location was perfect for the areas we needed to be, and Donna was very responsive! This property was one of our best experiences with VRBO!

Perfect location

Perfect location near downtown area. Three floors allowed kids to have own beds away from myself/spouse. Very clean home with all the needed amenities. Highly recommend.

Great location just noisy

Townhome was just as seen in photos. Location is close to everything. Brewery next door was great, however you hear thier machinery all day/night. There are lots of other noises around, one sounded like an automatic air freshener but couldn’t find it. It is a 3 story unit, if anyone is walking above you sounds like elephants. Not great if you are a light sleeper.

Very comfortable and super clean

We loved our stay! The home was fully stocked with necessities, and had the perfect amount of space for our family of 6. The furnishings were beautiful. Everything was super clean, beds were very comfortable, and the home felt safe. Very close to downtown. About 10 mins or less by car to the aquarium, High point climbing, etc. The brewery next door was neat, and you can walk there to eat, or enjoy some live music. Donna, the owner was always available by text if needed, and communicated with us on where to park, how to get into the home, etc. We will definitely stay again when we’re in the Chattanooga are.

Great visit to Chattanooga!

We enjoyed our stay here. The townhouse is new, was very clean, and nicely decorated and appointed. The neighborhood is transitioning, but we felt very safe during our stay. It was close to everything we wanted to do - Lookout Mountain, downtown, the zoo, the aquarium, etc. And the brewery next door was a welcome respite. We did discover that two people showering resulted in cold/cool showers, so plan your group accordingly. Also, there are several units in the adjoining buildings with the same unit number - we ordered food delivery, and it was left on the wrong doorstep. If you have anything delivered, have the delivery person call you so you can meet them outside and avoid this snafu. I would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Chattanooga!

Modern, Close enough to attractions

The place was very clean and modern. It has a lot of steps, so if you need to use the third-floor, you’re going up about 30 +steps it was easy for us to get to the area that we needed to get to for a triathlon event. If you had small kids, there’s not a whole lot to do right outside of the complex because there’s just a brewery and then older commercial buildings and houses around you,for adults it was fine . If you have more than one vehicle, it becomes challenging on a busy weekend because it’s very limited parking and first come first serve . It was easy to get to the place and your very short trip to the zoo to the aquarium to any restaurant so that made it really nice. We traveled a little ways to find a grocery store, but all in all it was a great stay. Everything you need is only about 20 min or less away . Donna was great at replies and helpful with check in process and we loved she allowed our dog . Would stay there again!

Stay Overview

Nice three story property with a very responsive property manager. Primary reason for rating a 4 is because of the noise that comes from the brewery. There is an air compressor behind the brewery fence right in front of the property that turns on and off consistently throughout the day and night. Recommend having some type of box fan in each room so guests can turn on to help eliminate exterior noise. I did buy a fan for the master room, and left it for the next guest so hope it helps.
