This 2 bedroom 2.5 bathroom property has been wonderfully decorated with our guests in mind! This is the newest downtown development recently added to the Southside! We cannot wait for you to experience gorgeous sunset views of Lookout Mountain and watch the trains off to the distance! Our neighbor, Oddstory Brewing is open giving guests walkable access to the brewery to enjoy food, live music, and excellent brews! The property has 3 levels and sleeps up to 8 guests! The kitchen and living room are on the first level. The second level has a King Master Bedroom, ensuite bathroom, and a twin rollaway bed! The third level guest room has two Queen beds, ensuite bathroom, laundry room, large closet, and a twin rollaway bed!

Donna was so fabulous to work with. She was very responsive and helpful when we had questions. The place was just as advertised and very clean. We were very comfortable hanging out in the townhouse when we had down time. The next door brewery was family friendly had delicious food.

Very clean and roomy townhouse! Full security system provided additional comfort. En-suite bathrooms provided great privacy, and 10 foot ceilings throughout provided a superior open feeling.My son plays baseball in Chattanooga and we hope to stay here again next year!

Great unit and location. Very clean and the location right next to the brewery is great. Had some issues getting in and didn't get instructions until check-in time but was responded to very quickly and did not cause any problems.

We had a fantastic weekend staying here! The location was great with the brewery next door. We had 2 young kids with us and it was extremely family friendly. The townhouse was very nice and had everything we needed. The kids bedroom was on the top floor (it was a lot of steps) and I think it should have been switch with the master bed, but we made it work. I would definitely recommend this place to stay!

Great Central Location

Everything was great from start to finish. Whole family was able to enjoy staying there, while easily getting to all the major attractions.

Fun Place to Stay

This is a fabulous place to stay for a girls trip. You are close to a lot of restaurants, clubs, and shopping. Condo is clean and we felt very safe.
