We had a wonderful time. Great location close to great local restaurants and easy access to the fun sites in Chattanooga. We’ll definitely be looking to stay here again the next time we visit.

Very enjoyable stay. We traveled with our family (including our dog) and we had plenty of room. The beds were comfy and the living room was a great hang out space. Well stocked and it felt like home. Thank you for hosting us!

Absolutely a cute little cottage close to all kinds of activities and food options. Extremely clean and exceptional kitchenware. Often these rentals don’t have much but this one was well stocked. I love that it was pet friendly although we weren’t able to bring our fur baby with us. Will definitely use again and will recommend to our friends!

We really enjoyed our stay! House is very clean and cozy..Exactly what we needed for a short trip. Great for families and I love that it is dog friendly. Tammy was very helpful and very responsive. I look forward to coming back for another stay.

OMG! The house was just perfect! Spotlessly clean, fully stocked…in fact there were some extra’s there that were unexpected! She had decorated the house for fall and left great instructions…btw…that is the only thing I could suggest…there could be some extra instructions for the TV…we are old and need step by step instructions…but…it really didn’t bother us…our stay was just two nights and we were chatting…this was a girls trip and there was a lot of talking…I do think we solved most of the world’s problems…if only they would make us queen! The house definitely contributed to a really wonderful weekend…Chattanooga is a terrific City and we went to Ruby Falls and the incline Railroad as well as the Leanne Morgan concert. I just wish is could have heard it better…had some really bad seats…not her fault or the comedians that opened for her…back to the VRBO house…Tammy has it down pat…loved the book that had photos and a history of the house! The house was ready and waiting for us…Tammy was a great communicator…we will definitely come back whenever we travel to Chattanooga

The house is well-stocked, comfortable, and exceptionally clean! It was no more than a 15 minute drive to everything we wanted to see or do. I would definitely stay here again.

The house was very clean and well stocked. The kids loved all the toys and board games. The back yard was a little small but it was enough room for both of our large dogs to go out and exercise.

We had a great visit and enjoyed our stay. Love that it was pet friendly and had a fenced in yard. Tammy, the host lives across the street and came over and introduced herself. Great communication throughout the process.

Great rental in a good location. Everything was clean and ready for us when we got there and the communication with the host made checking in and out a breeze. Super close to downtown and close but not too close to the freeway which made getting out of the city super quick.

This is the perfect little house in a great area. Very clean and the host is so amazing. This has been one of my favorite rentals ever. The kids were even in love with it. Definitely saved it to come back.

The home was welcoming as soon as we pulled up. It was just as pictured and exceptionally clean. The beds were all very comfortable. Will not hesitate to stay here again. Would definitely give it a 5 star review.

We have stayed in Tammy‘s properties several times. As always the house was very clean and ready for us when we got there. The check-in process is very easy. Tammy responds to messages very quickly. The property is pet friendly. It’s an excellent location if you were going to anything at Mccallie It’s easy to get downtown also. I highly recommend that you check out her gardens when you’re there. It’s a great place to watch a sunset.

The home appeared newly renovated and was very well done. It was perfect for our needs, clean, well appointed, and was very close to all of the activities we wanted to do while there. Communication was excellent and was very clear and timely. We hope to get back to Chattanooga and will definitely look to stay again.

This is without a doubt the best home we have stayed in. It was very clean and well stocked with everything you could imagine, as if someone lived there. Very comfortable beds. The perfect place for dogs and children. Lots of games and toys. Tammy lives across the street and is always around since she owns other rentals on the street. Very convenient location. I hope to stay in her one bedroom home when I come to visit my granddaughter who will be attending UTC. It will be a great place for families coming to graduation and needing lots of room. I just can’t say enough good things about it.

Loving home. Nice area for dog and owner was near by and reachable for all needs. You can find everything you needed in this home. Games for kids, playground and nice yard. Me and my family will only be looking to stay at this location for every visit to Chattanooga.

The host was very welcoming!!! The home was fantastic! It was very charming, welcoming and the Christmas decorations were a fabulous touch. We would stay there again and will highly recommend it to others.

If I could have given more than 5 stars I would have. To start, anything you could possibly need is there for entertainment, for babies/children, & even some stuff for our fur babies. There is plenty of space and a welcoming comfortable cozy vibe while also being clean with so many towels and pillows. The real prize was the gardens the owner has obviously spent years of hard work and love cultivating it into a wonderful surprise with stunning views. If you love nature and art this is the place for you. If you like charming and cozy this is your place too. Can’t recommend enough!!!
