Spontaneous Wedding

We stayed here for only 2 day, normally we stay here 4 days. Annalisa is AMAZING, as she pulled herself up the hill to be at our ceremony at 8 am! We love staying here and will continue to do so for many years to come!

Detroit, MI couple spends a week in Jerome, AZ

I can state with complete confidence that my wife and I were very pleased with the cleanliness and internal accommodations we were provided when we rented one of the Jerome, AZ apartments earlier this month. The entire booking and arrival/departure procedures were very simple and easy to follow, thanks to "David (the Property Mgr.) kind assistance."

Perfect place to stay in Jerome

My husband and I just spent the weekend at this great place! It was very clean. Had everything we need and just the right size for two people. Can’t wait to come back!

coffee maker had coffee and grounds in it towels were hung back up and still there when we cked in they were damp been used please wash the floor my socks were filth We parked in the front of our unit. there was no #1 parking space.

Nice with a few problems

Well located place for walking about Jerome. Well appointed with amenities except oven did not work and no toaster. Good basic place otherwise.

I never leave reviews but this place deserves it. It’s right at the edge of Jerome’s historic district, one of the coolest towns I’ve ever been to! Super walkable, clean, comfortable with a well-stocked kitchen and all kinds of books should you get bored, which you probably won’t. The place has some character while being modern in the ways you need. The little patio outside was great. It feels like a home, not just another weird rental. I loved my time here and can’t wait to come back!

Go,stay,enjoy!

Seamless, plenty of room, storage and fresh coffee beans with grinder. Nice kitchen and eating area.Comfortable temperature, great location at edge of town, easy parking and great view - even from the ground floor. Plenty of hot water and towels. Go!; you will return. Lovely Weekend

We had a lovely visit to Jerome and staying here played a major part. This was a clean, cozy, comfortable, quiet, well supplied and excellently located apartment. Checking in and out was simple. If I had any suggestions it would be to add some more hooks in the bathroom to hang clothing on. Jerome is a great place to tour, eat and shop. Please note Jerome’s sidewalks are generally not level and have many cracks so you need to keep your eyes on where your walking or you might end tripping and falling.

I’ve made this place my landing spot more often than I care to admit! It’s in the perfect location for what I am doing in the area. It provides me the ability to cook 90% of my meals. It is quiet, minus the passing large trucks. Thank you, as always, for your continued hospitality!!

Pleasure as always

We stayed here, AGAIN, because it’s always exactly what is needed. We cooked all but 2 meals in 4 days there, ate outside and people watched, loved on some next door neighbor dogs, and enjoyed just chilling. Thank you for your place, and we will see you again in October.

Great Stay In Jerome

Nice spot with great views of the Mingus Mountain/Red Rocks. Close to walking distance to everything in town. It was very relaxing, and we had a great time.

Excellent location and view. Super easy to just park the car and set out on a journey to explore this little town. I really enjoyed bundling up and sitting out on the front patio to watch the travelers go by. Highly recommend.

Nice roomy apartment, much bigger than I expected. Just a few blocks to walk to historic downtown, three minute drive to Lowell Observatory. Would definitely come back. Kitchen was great to have.

Always inviting!

Love the owners, love the location, love just chilling on the couch sometimes and watching people pass by! The bed is comfortable and the kitchen is mostly stocked. It could use a toaster, but I just compensated and used the broiler instead to toast my waffles!! I’ll be back in April. Thank you David!

Perfect setup

I stayed here for the location of the rental. I planned on NOT needing to drive anywhere for 2 days, and I succeeded. The kitchen is fully stocked and the bed fairly comfortable. I accidentally took a parking spot on the side of the building I wasn’t supposed to. PARK ACROSS THE STREET!! This was my error, as I didn’t read the directions fully. Thank you for the chill trip,

Cute Convenient Property in Jerome Close to Downtown

This location was a short walk into the excitement of Jerome. Clean and comfortable. I would use this property again. Plenty of room for two adults.

My wife Joan and I have been involved with property management since we purchased our first multi family property in 1982. We first discovered Jerome many years ago after a Jeeping adventure in Sedona. As we followed 89A as a shortcut from Sedona to Prescott, we accidentally discovered this cool little town of Jerome. Over the past years, we have enjoyed bringing out of town guests to Jerome for dinner, or just to enjoy the views. We are now excited to offer the Million Dollar View Vacation Rental to those looking for a beautiful setting to come make new memories. ENJOY!
