We’re so glad you enjoyed your stay at our super comfy home! I wish you would said something about having knee surgery since we’re very clear on our listing about having stairs and if guests have any issues with stairs that it might be helpful to book another place, which we do have and would’ve happily helped transfer your booking to one of our other properties in the area that does not require stairs, including the upstairs unit that is a two bedroom and no stairs required on the top level. That might’ve been a great option for you but we didn’t know you just had knee surgery! We wish you all the best in your recovery!

Glad you enjoyed the great location and super comfy accomodations! We take great pride in making sure our furnishings are extra comfortable for our guests. As we show in the listing, this is a studio with a kitchenette but as you saw, we have it well stocked more than most hotel rooms/studios with the full size fridge, microwave/convection oven, rice cooker, Nespresso machine, and much more. We do have the ability to rent the entire property or the larger unit upstairs and our rates fluctuate based on the season so perhaps you would want to come back another time other than the 4th of July holiday when it's so busy. We came up right away to help with one little faucet handle being a tad loose but glad you were able to easily twist it back in in no time. Sorry you somehow missed our detailed instructions for the parking, our other guests haven't had any issues with that--we even have it on the listing photo to show. The way you parked did become a problem for our neighbors so we did need to text you about it--not a lot of messages and they were from us, the hosts--my team and I are available about the clock to help our guests as we offered to you. Glad you enjoyed your stay at our special place for the 4th! We wish you all the best.
