This place was so fun, and Amy (host) was extremely accommodating and communication was excellent. My only regret is that our weekend agenda was pretty full and we didn't get to spend more time at the house...especially the back yard area.

Excellent place to spend the weekend.

Great place to stay. Had great communication with the host, Wonderful decor in the house and property. Close to downtown Hot Springs and easy access to stores and places to eat.

Family Time

This home is by far the best we've ever had the pleasure of staying at. I call it my home away from home. The hosts have done an impeccable job with this property and we look forward to our next visit.

Fabulous all in the group really enjoyed our stay!

Hospitality was great! Our kids loved the fun colors and all the family things to do from horseshoes, to dinner outdoors, to guitar picking and all the memory making moments! Thankful for a lovely place to bring our family too. We highly recommend the stay! Better book it quick!

The best place ever!!

Three couples stayed and it more then meet all our needs!! I can not give this home enough stars!! Everything was perfect indoors and outside. We loved it. Clean and wonderful layout! Highly recommend!

Family vacay

My kids, 16, 18, 21, the dog, and I stayed here for spring break! It was amazing! Super clean, everything we needed and more! Close to everything, the backyard was heaven and we enjoyed dinners u see the many lights! We can’t wait to return!

This beautiful, cozy, and eclectic home was was every bit the gem it was advertised. In fact, it exceeded our expectations. We were so pleased with how clean, comfortable and delicious smelling it was. Every detail was well appointed. The hosts have even provided a waffle bar. Our favorite part was the backyard gardens, fire pit, and tiki bar. Lots to feast your eyes on. We would certainly come back on our next stay in Hot Springs!

Oaklawn with family

This house was so well appointed! Every little thing we needed was there. The kids loved the backyard! So creative and fun. The beds were also very comfortable! I would give this 10 stars if possible!!

The coolest house!

Awesome house! So eclectic and funky, kids and adults all had a blast! Comfy beds, clean rooms, well stocked bathroom and kitchen. We will definitely be back! Convenient location to the hot spots in town and overall just a great place to bring the family to stay and relax in Hot Springs!

Eclipse heaven

Two couples came to see the eclipse. House was perfect. Such fun decor! Backyard was perfect. Close to Oaklawn & the national park.

Hot Springs Vacation

We had the most wonderful week at this home. The home was impeccably clean and beyond comfortable. There were more amenities than even listed and the kitchen was beyond stocked with all cooking spices and also a basket with many goodies for us to enjoy. The backyard was so wonderful and we enjoyed every minute of our time there. We will definitely be back!

This place is AWESOME! The coolest place we have stayed. The house is so funky and cool. Lots a vibrant colors and decorations and the backyard is EPIC. Great bar and grilling area. Kids had a blast exploring. My dream backyard! Complete privacy for hanging out all day/night and grilling for the group!Amy has this place stacked with everything you need. Alot of VRBO's can be ran like a cold business but this place is a home away from home! It literally has everything from games to cooking essentials. All the spices and condiments you need. Coffee/Expresso. Really can't list it all. Every little thing you can imagine. Couldnt recommend this place enough if your going to Hot Springs! We took our young kids and they loved it. Is awesome for all groups! Thanks Amy! Can't wait to come back for a summer trip!

Fabulous house

The house is super fun and fully stocked. No need to worry about there not being essential items. Lots of extra blankets and pillows. Great beds. The backyard is amazing! Great location. Owners are super responsive. Will definitely book again.

We had such an incredible stay here! From the moment we arrived, it truly felt like a home away from home. The space is so unique, full of character, and you can tell the owners put so much thought into every detail.Everything was spotless and fully stocked. Seriously, they thought of everything! From shampoo and toiletries to toothbrushes and even razors, it made traveling so much easier. The kitchen was amazing and had all the essentials plus a great selection of spices, which we really appreciated.Our dog felt completely at home, and the fenced-in yard was perfect for her to run around safely; such a huge bonus for us.One of our favorite parts was the games they provided. Our family had so much fun playing them together and making memories. It added such a special touch.The location was also ideal. So close to everything we wanted to do, yet still comfortable and relaxing.On top of all that, the owner was incredibly friendly and had excellent communication, which made the entire experience even better.We truly loved our time here and would absolutely stay again. Thank you for creating such a warm, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed space!

Extraordinary

The pictures do not do the house justice. Extremely well equipped for all sorts of indoor and outdoor activities. The backyard is large and accessible with a dog door. It also offers the option of subdividing with an intermediate fence. Tiki bar is amazing. It was great to be centrally located in Hot Springs.

Family vacation

We all had a great time at this house. The host thought of everything from the main things like tons of towels, bath products, and cookware to having condiments and snacks. We loved the tiki bar and secluded outside area. The host was also always replied quickly when I had any questions. The only thing I didn't really care for was the floors were very creaky but some of our family liked it as it reminded them of their grandparents house growing up.

We appreciate your group for staying at our home. The floors in the hallway are a bit creaky! This is an older home but that is all apart of the nostalgia of the Home. We designed it to give people a true experience of feeling like they were somewhere else. We want guest to get the true real feeling of the Mexicana / Caribbean feel
