Only 20 minutes to Penn State, enjoy all the activities in town and have a quiet relaxing spot to rest. Lower level suite with private entrance. More space than a hotel and all the comforts of home. Our home is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. You will find coffee and add ins plus to go cups in the full kitchen upon arrival. All linens and paper products provided. Continental breakfast will be available as well. Family room with air hockey table and plenty of sleeping options for everyone. 1 queen bed and a queen sofa bed for your use. There is a second full size bed available as well. You also have access to a washer/dryer, treadmill and air hockey table. Relax outside on the patio as you watch the deer graze in the field. This property is clean with a lot of little extras such as bottles of water in the refrigerator and some snacks included as well.

An exquisite property in a quiet, peaceful location, yet very close to Bellefonte and State College.The accommodations were welcoming, clean, and comfortable.Alexandria provided snacks, water, fresh fruit, and breakfast foods which were very much appreciated!I would definitely stay there again.

Great Location

The location was perfect, just 20 minutes from Beaver Stadium and my son’s dorm. The apartment was cozy, very clean and spacious.

We had an enjoyable stay and would definately stay here again. The entire place was immaculate! Nice quite area and were able to get some much needed rest! The extra's such as fruit, snacks and the fridge even had water bottles, milk and juice!! We felt right at home. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your home!!

Great Stay!

We got to stay here for the PSU game and were impressed by how much this place offered. Snacks and a continental breakfast were such a sweet touch! There was more than enough room for all 6 of us that stayed. Would absolutely recommend for a PSU visit.

PSU Football Weekend

Very nice space and lots of extras such as breakfast, water, etc. were a very nice touch. Very reasonable drive to Beaver Stadium

Great weekend stay!

My friend and our adult children stayed for the weekend for the Luke Combs concert and it worked out perfect. We had enough space for all of us, the place was very clean. The breakfast items were greatly appreciated and although we didn't need anything, there were even commonly missed items in the bathroom--toothbrushes, floss, etc. Would definitely stay again if the opportunity arose.

Felt like home

Everything was great! Plenty of space, and decorated so it felt like home. The light breakfast foods left for us were a huge bonus, as it lets the kids have something to eat before we had to leave bright and early both days. A experience

Nice space

Ample room for 4 adults. Very clean! Host included snacks, light breakfast items, and beverages. Also provided toiletries. Unexpected extra touches.Space also has a full size air hockey table :) and treadmill!

Our stay was pretty perfect. We were a party of 5 adults, there to attend my niece’s graduation. Because of graduation, hotels were scarce and horribly overpriced. I don’t usually rent private homes, but I’m glad we did. Check in was easy, the space was clean, comfortable, and close to Penn State. Our hosts had set us up with everything we could possibly need, including supplies for a light breakfast, water and snacks. There were toothbrushes, soap, shampoo, all sorts of incidentals people who are traveling might forget about. We are in our sixties, and I was somewhat skeptical about booking here as I have had less than satisfactory Air B&B experiences, and prefer to stay in nicer hotels. However, this was great. It served our needs perfectly and I would highly recommend renting here to anyone needing a place to stay in the Penn State area. Many thanks to our hosts, you certainly exceeded expectations!

The space was very clean and nicely decorated. There were plenty of towels and linens. We appreciated the snacks and water in the fridge. The main bedroom was very spacious and bed (queen) comfortable, plus had a pull out couch but we didn't use it. The second bed (double) is in the main room so not very private but was ok for a weekend stay. Scenery in the area is beautiful. We tried 3 different driving routes to campus and all were about 25-30 minutes. Overall was a nice place for a football weekend without the high prices of in-town hotels.

Great location: Close to Penn State

My family and I were visiting for Penn State commencement. We had a great overnight stay. The living space was cozy and clean. They provided linens, towels etc and my kids loved the air hockey table. The host also provided snacks, beverages, and breakfast items which was a welcome treat! It was a home away from home. We explored nearby Bellefonte and enjoyed the food. It also had a great downtown area where the kids could play and run around with little trails.

Clean and friendly

When we couldn't find a reasonable hotel anywhere in State College, we decided to go a little further out! It is exactly as they said - about 20 from PSU. The kitchen had everything we needed for a quick bit of breakfast. Cozy furniture and very comfortable beds. A truly picturesque neighborhood perfect for an early morning walk! Hosts were immediately responsive with questions ahead of time as well as during our stay.

Nice Stay

Very nice, owners go above and beyond for comfort and cleanliness. Stocked fridge essentials, snacks, breakfast items. Accurate description and nice place. Quiet neighborhood. If you don’t know the roads can be a little bit more time to get to and from Penn State, we stayed for a game.Took about 1/2 hour. If you don’t mind that I would highly recommend.Easy instructions for in and out.

Perfect for football weekend

We had a really great experience here. It was very clean and the property owner was very responsive! There were snacks, breakfast items, and water when we got there. We would definitely stay here again!
