Escape to Nature – 2 Bedroom Home on 13 Private Acres with ATV/UTV Trail Access!

Rustic, cozy 2 bedroom house/camp that is located in the Casanova area of Munson, PA on Chestnut St. The driveway connects to an ATV legal road that leads to Snow Shoe Rails 2 Trails, Black Bear Trailhead less than 1.5 miles away for the house. 6.9 Miles to Black Moshannon Beach and State Park, which has an EV Charging Station near Pavilion 3. The local area has fishing, boating, hunting, hiking, kayaking, bird watching & the riding trails. And only 25 miles to State College/Penn State University/Brice Jordan Center. Only 11 miles to one of the states last 20 Drive In movies. And that is only a fraction of the things to do. There are also lots of places to grab a bite to eat in the area as well! Along with the local gas stations, grocery & hardware store 4.2 miles away.

We do have 2 motion security cameras on the exterior. One is on the tree beside the house to monitor the doors and the other is halfway down the driveway. They are there for everyone's security.

You have access to the whole house except for one cabinet in the garage that we will have locked with our personal items and cleaning supplies.

Some of the many things available for your use is:

KITCHEN: Microwave, stove/oven, fridge/freezer, Silverware, pots and pans/lids, bowls, plates, cups, strainer, crock pot, onion dicer, sandwich maker, pizza pan, baking sheet, toaster, Nuwave air fryer, Keurig coffee cup maker, assortment of coffee K cups (brands and flavors will vary). Sugar and sugar replacement (varies).

LIVING AREA: Smart Tv, DVD player, a few movies,

BATHROOM: We will provided toilet paper and hand towel Each person staying will be provide one to two towels depending on length of stay. There is a washer and dryer in the garage and a clothes line outside if you prefer. Please bring any toiletries that you may need.

GREEN BEDROOM: Queen Bed with sheets, pillows and comforter. You can bring your own linens if you prefer, just let us know in advance. In the closet is a few hangers, a small jewelry box and a neck massager for anyone to use during their stay. Please just treat them as your own and return where you found them.

GRAY BEDROOM: Double/full bed with sheets, pillows and comforter. In the closet there is a dresser to use while you are here. For space reasons, we would like it to stay in the closet. There is space on both sides to hang shirts as well. There is also a twin blow up air mattress (pump too) with sheets, blankets and pillows on the dresser.

GARAGE: NO PARKING OF VEHICLES OF ANY KIND INSIDE THE GARAGE. It is to be used for gathering. There is a Dart board with darts to use. There is an older antique metal table and chairs to use as well while in garage. Please do NOT stand on the chairs, the padded plastic covered seats will split. There are boards games and some toys also to be found in the garage. Please feel free to play with any of them, just treat them as yours and please put them where you found them.
