Amazing find!

We really enjoyed our stay. Wonderful place! Very clean and comfortable. Not far off the main road, and close to all major attractions. We will definitely be back to stay!

Home away from home

I was traveling with my son for baseball. Perfect size, quiet, and private. Couldn’t ask for anything more. Very welcoming and good communication!

The house was clean and well supplied. Quiet. We stopped overnight during a long drive, so we didn't look for entertainment or restaurants. Just a clean and quiet location.-as advertised.

Great place to stay

Pansy's place was lovely, quiet and immaculate. They have a beautiful garden outside and the Vrbo was exactly as described. Pansy even did a little extra and had snacks and water ready for us! If you are in the area, I'd highly recommend Pansy's place!

great place to stay

This was perfect for what I needed. It has plenty of space for 1 or 2 people. It was very quiet- I never heard anything from the other side of the house and the bedroom is at the back so you can't hear any traffic noise. The place was very clean and looked like it was recently renovated. Only difficulty was opening lock box at night. Needed a flashlight. For others, after putting in the code you pull hard at the black knob.

Quit Retreat

It was a nice quiet location, the owner was very accommodating and lots of little extras I didn’t have to run out and buy, also Dunkin Donuts was close by. Lol

Perfect base for exploring the MarVa coast

We stayed at Pansy's Retreat for two nights while we explored Chincoteague Island. It was a great place to come back to after a day of seeing the sights including the ponies. The rental was very clean and well equipped for every need. It included brochures for all the nearby attractions and a basket of incidentals in the bathroom in case you forget something. We'd definitely stay again if our wanderings bring us back to the area.

Great place to stay

Neat, clean and comfortable place with easy access to Chincoteague and Ocean City. In a quiet neighborhood but only a short drive to whatever you need.

Would definitely stay again!

This place is well worth your money if you don’t mind being a little farther from the beaches. We personally loved the country feel of it opposed to staying in Ocean City or Chincoteague where it’s much louder and more crowded. Our hostess was lovely and accommodating and the house was very clean. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a good meal and the bed was super comfortable. We plan on returning!

Pansy is a retired nurse who enjoys gardening and spending time with her children and grandchildren. She and her husband Earl renovated the property after purchasing it in 2006. Earl enjoys fishing in the Pocomoke River and Chesapeake Bay.
