Had a great time with my family of 7. Lots of space to spread out in the downstairs living room and upstairs bedrooms. The panoramic windows on both floors give great views. Parking area is private and gated. Walking distance to many restaurants. Spent most of our time on the beach which had great access and pathway to walk. Check in and communication was excellent. Booked property very last minute and host had great communication. Within 14 hours booked property, signed rental agreement, and property was ready to check in. Had a great time and definitely plan to be back.

Great vacation !!

Place is clean, updated, amazing views to the ocean not only from the living/kitchen area but also from all the bedrooms. We had a great time and will be back.

Family Vacation 2022

My family and I absolutely LOVED staying here. The home is fully stocked with everything needed. This was our yearly family vacation and we plan to stay here again next year.

Perfect Spring Break family getaway

Excellent location and the views were spectacular from every room! Plenty of room for the whole family and great amenities like a pool, hot tub, tennis courts, and the beach within walking distance! The place was clean, comfy, and had everything we needed! Rosa was always available when we had questions or concerns and super helpful! Would definitely stay here again.

Condo was extremely clean and well equipped for a comfortable stay! If it wasn’t for the hurricane we would have stayed longer.

Christmas 2022

Although it wasn't the perfect beach vacation (only because of the weather) our stay at the Sunchase condo did not disappoint. This was our 4th year at Sunchase (2nd year in this unit). Rod and Rosa are great hostesses, paying attention to detail. The unit has been rehabed and updated since our previous stay, beautiful. What a great place for us to spend a lot of time inside. The views of the beach are spectacular, the kitchen has everything needed for basic cooking, plenty to do in the complex and a great place for a family vacation. We will be back!

SPI Dream 🏖️

Thank you for opening your home! We loved that we could walk to Ceviche Ceviche! The wagon & beach chairs were super helpful to have. We also loved the Jacuzzi tub in the master! The home was so clean. Meals were so easy to make within the wonderful kitchen! Having a washer and dryer onsite meant we came home with clean clothes instead of a Sandy mess). We didn’t worry on the day it rained because the condo was so big and lovely we sat watching the rain & played games! We surfed for our first time ever & it was just so great to have a home-base to come back to between adventures, beac time, pool time & shopping. Thank you again!

Top Notch

This condo came with everything you could possibly want: regular & pod style coffee pots, wine fridge, crock pot, any kitchen utensil you might need, beach towels and chairs, beach wagon, short distance to the beach, many amenities onsite, walking distance to many places on the island, and wonderful sunrises for you to watch from every single bedroom. It was very clean and tastefully decorated. We stayed six weeks and wouldn't change a thing while we were there. We had one little glitch with the TV upstairs, but Rod and Rosa were very responsive when we reached out to them. I would definitely recommend this condo! It just doesn't get any better!

Not satisfy

Cuidado con el estacionamiento, insuficiente y mucha precaución donde parar el auto, hay negocio de la grua porque al menos 4 autos se llevaron , entre ellos el mio! Multa de $300 usd, muy injusto

We appreciate your feedback, Enrique. Instead of focusing on the negative experience, we would have preferred if you could provide insights on our facilities. South Padre Island is a small city with limited parking spaces, where each condo is allowed only one car with a designated parking pass. Additional vehicles must be parked in public spaces due to the high population influx in July. All necessary information is provided in our check-in link, which may have been overlooked. We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the towing company and hope you enjoyed the rest of your vacation.

Lovely Condo

We loved this condo. It was big enough for 6 people. Loved the view and Blue Ocean Vacation Rental were great to work with. We will definitely use them again!
