Beachfront Condo on South Padre Island

Experience a family-friendly condo managed by us—Texas Vistas Vacation Rentals. This Serene Sanctuary is located in a peaceful, gated complex with gorgeous beach views from the living area. It’s also next to a local water park—Beach Waterpark. This cozy second-floor unit offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience for families, couples, and friends. Please note that there is no elevator access (one set of stairs).

Family-Friendly Amenities:
Designed with families in mind, the condo includes:
-Fun mini-bunkroom with RV-sized twin beds for kids (up to age 9-10)
- Full-size washer/dryer, pack-n-play, booster chair, and kids' dishes
- Beach gear: chairs, towels, boogie boards, sand toys
- Games, books, and a SONOS speaker for entertainment

Excellent property and condo. Absolutely loved the modern updated condo, all the amenities and fixings offered. The host was fantastic. This was our 2nd stay. Will stay again.

Perfect Location

We had a wonderful stay. Rosanna was so helpful throughout. There were tiny touches that made the place so homey. We enjoyed tea each evening as we sat and watched the waves. The beds were comfortable. My young boys were over the moon about the bunks. I think they played with every single beach toy available. We will be back!

Checking out SPI

A trip to experience the golf coast states. Could not ask for a better host than Rossana. The condo was thoughtfully equipped to help a variety of people with dofferent agendas. By dumb luck we got to watch a Space-X launch and retrieval of the msin booster. The condo is in a great location if watching one of these launches is on your agenda.

After Christmas trip

Great property with great access to beach and pool. Unit had washer/dryer which was great and everything you need for the beach! Had a couple of questions to host and got ahold of and resolved quickly

Thoughtful Details, Excellent Service

We stay at various vacation rentals throughout the year, and this one was one of our favorites. The attention to detail was incredible - from the welcome snack, to the rapid responses from the owner. The kitchen is a dream - it has everything you need to cook and entertain. The bedrooms were cozy with lots of extra pillows and blankets. Finally the beach closet was well-stocked so families do not need to bring a thing! We really loved the location as well - it was far enough down that we were out of the crowded parts of the beach. Close to many good restaurants and grocery stores. We loved our stay.

Lovely clean condo!

My family and I enjoyed our stay at 212 Seavista condo. It was well stocked clean and had easy access to the beach and rocket launch viewing. Rosanna was cery helpful and available when i needed assistance. Thank you.

Great condo!

Rosanna (host) was excellent with all her communications. Condo location was great. Condo was well stocked and we had everything we needed. Very short distance to the beach.

Annual Family Coast Vacay

We vacation every summer at SPI- and this was our 1st time at Sea Vista. What really stood out was the hospitality- and the little "extras" that made it easier for the family- like extra toiletries, sand toys, etc. The host was especially attentive, as well.

Amazing place! Outstanding host! Memorie made!

This was by far our best experience renting in SPI! Our host truly was incredible! When there was a threat of severe weather, she kept constant contact and made sure our travel plans could continue. Everything we needed was there to enjoy the beach as well! Our kids had such an amazing time and LOVED the bunk bed room. We will most certainly be back and cannot recommend this place enough!

Excellent beach access/very clean

The owner has ALL you need for a great beach getaway! You could fly in, go get groceries, and not be lacking supplies! Very personal touch having beach chairs, boogie boards, toys, and all the gear for fun in the sun! We enjoyed beautiful beach view sunrises from the patio. We allowed our 11 and 13 year old to have the master and bunk beds area. We enjoyed the guest bed for privacy. Kitchen is well stocked. Owner communicated with us well and gave prompt responses to questions. We appreciated gated parking. Nice pool and tennis courts! The building is old. The grounds are well maintained. The condo is updated and clean! Thankful for a nice place to stay!

Favorite SPI Location

This condo was clean and just what we needed. The condo sits on the beach, so any condo within this complex is ideal. 2 pools, a tennis court, feet to the beach, and gated parking lot are a few of the reasons we come back to Sea Vista.

Absolute Paradise

My husband and I have stayed in another unit managed by this host. Her care, attention, and responsiveness is next level, so we were confident when booking this stay, and thanks to her, everything went so smoothly. As for the unit itself, you can see the ocean from the balcony, and the beach is easily accessible seeing as it’s a beachfront property. There are plenty of beach towels and beach equipment, including boogie boards, in the laundry room. The kitchen is fully stocked. I can’t think of one thing you’d need to cook a meal that isn’t available - including spices! There are games on the shelves in the bunk area, mostly catered toward kids, but we had a fun time with ‘what do you meme.’ We were out and about for the majority of the day, but movie nights are so fun here. You can open the curtains to see the dark rolling waves, turn on the electric fireplace (with heat or just the image of flames), and settle in. The decor is cute a comfortable with a parrot motif throughout. You don’t need to think twice about booking this place - just do it.

Great little getaway

My husband, his brother and wife and I came to South Padre for our first adult getaway since all of our kids left the nests. This was the perfect first step out into the world of travel for us. Quiet property with access to the beach and central location to everything. We should have booked an extra night but we really enjoyed our stay.

Hello! I'm Rosanna. I own and manage this condo and would love to host you! I grew up going to South Padre Island as a little girl and then continued the tradition with our 3 children. We eventually decided to buy a slice of South Padre heaven of our own in 2018. We have enjoyed sharing our love for the island so much that we have opened up 2 more condos to guests. We call ourselves Texas Vistas Vacation Rentals and hope to have you stay with us and decide which condo is your favorite :)!
