Beachfront Condo on South Padre Island.

Experience a family-friendly condo managed by us—Texas Vistas Vacation Rentals. This Serene Sanctuary is located in a peaceful, gated complex with gorgeous beach views from the living area. It’s also next to a local water park—Beach Waterpark. This cozy second-floor unit offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience for families, couples, and friends. Please note that there is no elevator access (one set of stairs). All amenities are provided for a comfortable and relaxing stay—even all the beach supplies!!

Family-Friendly Amenities:
Designed with families in mind, the condo includes:
-Fun mini-bunkroom with RV-sized twin beds for kids (up to age 9-10)
- Full-size washer/dryer, pack-n-play, booster chair, and kids' dishes
- Beach gear: chairs, towels, boogie boards, sand toys
- Games, books, and a SONOS speaker for entertainment

Condo Features:
- Main Bedroom:King-sized bed, flat-screen TV, desk, dresser, connected bunk room and bathroom
- Second Bedroom: King-sized bed, flat-screen TV, adjacent bathroom.
- Bunk Room: RV-sized twin beds, privacy door, books, games, connected to main bedroom and a bathroom
- Fully Equipped Kitchen: Coffee maker, French press, Instant Pot, and more
- Living Room: Roku TV, comfortable seating, and beachfront views

Wonderful family getaway

The condo was clean, well organized, and offered a lot of amenities that come in handy while visiting the beach. This is now our favorite South Padre condo.

Great property with great access to beach and pool. Unit had washer/dryer which was great and everything you need for the beach! Had a couple of questions to host and got ahold of and resolved quickly

Annual Family Coast Vacay

We vacation every summer at SPI- and this was our 1st time at Sea Vista. What really stood out was the hospitality- and the little "extras" that made it easier for the family- like extra toiletries, sand toys, etc. The host was especially attentive, as well.

Quiet and convenient!

Loved the condo. It is clean and cute. Location is fantastic--away from the crowds but easily accessible. Pool is clean and the beach is close. Great getaway!

Wonderful Place

The place was beautiful and close to the beach and pool. The kids loved the bunkbed room! There was everything you needed for the beach provided. The kid dishes were very helpful to not need to pack. Loved this property and will definitely book again in the future!

A trip to experience the golf coast states. Could not ask for a better host than Rossana. The condo was thoughtfully equipped to help a variety of people with dofferent agendas. By dumb luck we got to watch a Space-X launch and retrieval of the msin booster. The condo is in a great location if watching one of these launches is on your agenda.

Wonderful host, wonderful property, wonderful location

I am first time VRBO’er and my family could not have selected a better property or host for our first rental. The host is UNBELIEVABLY responsive and put up with my frequent message questions, as well as providing us great food and activity recommendations. I have 3 young children 7/5/3, and we felt more than accommodated with our family of five. The location is private but near everything and the beach is only steps away. I hesitate to be too positive because as a reader of reviews, that sometimes sounds fishy. I can only say the host and property were PERFECT for my family, and for a family of five the bonus bunk bed room was a lifesaver! We already intend to come back and would stay with this host again, no questions asked.

Wonderful Vacation! The BEST owner!!!

First of all, I have to say that of all the places we’ve stayed, Rosanna is hands down the kindest, most considerate host! You can truly tell that she wants you to enjoy your time in her condo. The condo itself is just as advertised! SO close to the beach and the pool. Rosanna has provided beach chairs, an umbrella, sand toys, boogie boards, sunscreen, aloe, cooler packs, and so much more!! She has everything you’d need in the kitchen if you choose to cook. The parking is convenient. The pool was never overcrowded. The bunk beds were perfect for my younger 2 children. Our last evening we enjoyed dinner from the restaurant next door on the beach, looked for crabs with a flash light, and watched the fireworks. An afternoon/evening my children will never forget and I highly recommend! We wanted to stay another week! :)

Absolute Paradise

My husband and I have stayed in another unit managed by this host. Her care, attention, and responsiveness is next level, so we were confident when booking this stay, and thanks to her, everything went so smoothly. As for the unit itself, you can see the ocean from the balcony, and the beach is easily accessible seeing as it’s a beachfront property. There are plenty of beach towels and beach equipment, including boogie boards, in the laundry room. The kitchen is fully stocked. I can’t think of one thing you’d need to cook a meal that isn’t available - including spices! There are games on the shelves in the bunk area, mostly catered toward kids, but we had a fun time with ‘what do you meme.’ We were out and about for the majority of the day, but movie nights are so fun here. You can open the curtains to see the dark rolling waves, turn on the electric fireplace (with heat or just the image of flames), and settle in. The decor is cute a comfortable with a parrot motif throughout. You don’t need to think twice about booking this place - just do it.

Very comfortable and homey property and the host has provided every item you might need. The beds were very comfortable. Communication with Roseanna was easy and she responded quickly. The condo is at the Southern end of the island which is quieter and perfect for families and children to walk, swim, play frisbee or search for seashells. My family loved our stay and hated to leave.

This condo is beautiful, very well decorated and the view of the beach from the balcony is lovely. All the extra items provided made our stay even better if we needed someone it was already there and provided by Rosanna. She is an attentive host and accommodating, we were able to stay add an extra day and have a late check out since it was raining on one of our planned days. The beds are very comfortable, woke up feeling well rested. My family definitely will be planning another trip and staying here in future.

Hello! I'm Rosanna. I own and manage this condo and would love to host you! I grew up going to South Padre Island as a little girl and then continued the tradition with our 3 children. We eventually decided to buy a slice of South Padre heaven of our own in 2018. We have enjoyed sharing our love for the island so much that we have opened up 2 more condos to guests. We call ourselves Texas Vistas Vacation Rentals and hope to have you stay with us and decide which condo is your favorite :)!
