This home is all view! Looking out, you have unobstructed 180 degree views of the ocean, the surf, the beach, Cape Lookout, Netarts Bay, the Three Arch Rocks, sea lions, and birds of every description including eagles and pelicans. It sits at the end of a small gravel road high above the tiny village of Oceanside so there is no traffic at all. Not barbecuing allow.

We have been at this property 4 times now and just can’t say enough positive things about it. It’s so well stocked and so clean. The view is amazing and it is so peaceful. It is well stocked! The fire place is wonderful and so nice on the cold blustery nights. I highly recommend this property. Thank you again for another awesome vacation.

The property was nice - magnificent view of ocean. Did say a 8 min walk to beach but really a 30 min walk down. Very nice home. It was our first time ever using VRBO so we did not know how VRBO works. We have done timeshares for 30 years so followed those check out procedures. We turned on dishwasher, left all towels in bathroom, turned off lights and left before checkout. I called host to ask about returning deposit. She railed at me saying we had left the place a mess. Very rude and hung up on me. She said we signed up for 2 people. Our grandson came for 3 days until his mom drive in to take him to another house they had rented A few blocks away. Tara found that unacceptable, . She dropped a 700 ETRA charge on my payment - no details. We are a 79 year old couple who are responsible people who wanted to enjoy 14 days on the Oregon coast. Host said she needs to buy new cookware - I used 2 frypans and a jelly roll she only. She said there were broken shades - I called her when we arrived and said 1 master bedroom blind was broken when we arrived. Every other blind was in good order. It was a wonderful 2 weeks on Oregon coast except for the nightmare shocking ending.

This is a very comfortable home. It is quiet and private and an easy space to be in. The views are spectacular! We were able to see whales from the deck. We loved our time there.

The view is incredible!! Nice quiet street and the house is great!! Being able to sleep with the windows open to hear the ocean is worth every penny spent.

quiet and relaxing

Nice home in a quiet neighborhood with a million dollar view from the deck. Plenty of room to spread out and relax.Garbage disposal broken. Could use some better silverware.

Too much carpet in livingroom. Need decent chairs to enjoy deck area. Sand buildup on upper deck prevents sliding screen from operating properly . Probably best view at Oceanside . A nice suburban style house at the beach .

Beautiful time in Oceanside

Great location

This was the perfect location for our 25th wedding anniversary. Great views and loved the deck. Having lunch on dining room table and viewing whales surfacing in the near distance was great. I couldn’t have asked for a better location.

Beautiful Location - Great Property

We had a wonderful and relaxing December stay. Moderate temperatures and no crowds to contend with. Views as advertised. Very comfortable home with a great kitchen. Highly recommended.
