Conveniently located and within steps of the beach, enjoy walks on the beach, swim in the pools, onsite restaurant. A short drive from Broadway at the Beach, Market Common, Ripley's Aquarium and IMAX Theatre. Many of the areas popular attractions, restaurants, golf courses, and shopping are a short drive away.



Getting Around:

Close to airport, taxi, uber and rental cars.



Other Things to Note:

This is a non-smoking room. This is a personally owned condo and is not a hotel room. Please treat as you would your home. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.



Important Notes:

- This condo will not have access to the waterpark that is located behind the parking deck.

- This condo shares an AC control system with the room next door (Room A). Both thermostats should be on the same settings and temperature for both AC to work.

- AC in the unit not working

Oceanfront views were amazing! However, it was very loud, no room amenities(soap, coffee). It was fine for a short trip but will not be staying there again.

Great View and Location

Keycode access for rooms is much more convenient than keeping track of a keycard. The balcony provided an excellent and private view. The beds for us were adequately comfortable. Our host for this room provided excellent communication and a great rate!

Myrtle Beach Vaca

4 days/3 nights Beach time!! Nice room. It is on the smaller side. Lucky we had good weather and didn't get stuck in the room. Everything was clean and worked. Could use an update. Not a lot of plug ins for electronics but we made it work. Thanks for the memories!

It ok…

I got emails upon emails about how I could get charged extra but my keycard for the garage quit working halfway through the stay. The condo itself is fine and a good value. But the garage was sketchy and a pain.

Slum Lords

Save your time, energetic and money. I was moved after my first unit had a broken AC. The second unit was equally as terrible.

I usually dont write reviews but if I can help someone with this review then its worth it. After reading through the list of all the ways the owners can charge you and then to come to a tiny room that should be listed as a hotel room and not a condo. At a hotel you would get at least a plastic up or utensil in the room. What you get is a great view and that's it. The refrigerator was broken and made noise the entire stay. There is no housekeeper so if you are there for more than a few days you will need to clean yourself and you have to empty your trash when you leave or you will be charged. Might as well stay at a hotel. I would not recommend. Don't let the low cost fool you after its all done with all the fees you will be paying more in the end.

I was unhappy on so many fronts there is not enough room to fit in this review. 1. I booked my trip thru Expedia but the overall rental went thru two other companies. Removing my ability to control if i wanted to book my rental experience thru that company. To late no refund. 2. The condo was cold. The heating controls were out of my control and the A/C was turned on. The rental management company refused to compensate or accommodate my inconvenience to suit my needs and enforced their contract of no refunds. Then hung up on me. 3. After I completed my reservation, paid and lock in the rental was I presented the third party contract and given the rigid stipulations of renting the property unable to terminate the rental with no refund. Its a Big SCAM. Ive been a longbterm Expedia client and they lost major credibility with me. Ill begin going directly to the source for now on. The rental was cold which impacted my stay and everything I did during my stay. As well as I did not feel comfortable using anything (towels, soap, trash bags, ect) for concern they would find a way to upcharge me for some contractual violation. The pool looked murky. So i did not get in it. The unit's water was luke warm I could never get hot. I will NEVER rent ANYTHING thru Big Fish Rentals or the name they use Julie again. Terrible customer service all around. I didn't even mention the changes they took me thru to get verfied in multiple ways to finalize things took me days of back and forth time.

Minimal amenities in the unit

Huge email to lay out all the ways you would be charged extra, even though it was a studio there was not even 1 glass plate or silverware- not even disposables! The only “extras” were a pair of scissors, a hairdryer and a large box of trash bags, and an iron and board. There was an amazing view of the ocean!

Mom and daughter trip

Had no problems renting the property. Room was clean. Close proximity to beach and blvd. Many of the wall outlets did not work. Refrigerator did not keep drinks cold - they were room temp despite being on coldest setting. Couldn’t adjust the AC below 68 so room was never “cold” but it wasn’t too stuffy. We were really only in the room to sleep and change so the temp didn’t bug us too much.

Currently, my husband and I own a high rise condo in Raleigh, NC. When we started looking for investment properties, we considered Myrtle Beach and found affordable oceanfront properties combined with fun amenities like pools, hot tubs, and perfect views of the Atlantic Ocean. We love Myrtle Beach because the palm trees in the pool area give a tropical feel, without going too far from home. We have one little girl and our condo is our other pride and joy. I am excited to help you have a perfect vacation and hope our condo can accommodate your needs. I want your experience to be perfect and would love constructive feedback to make your vacation even more enjoyable. My husband provides our website and advertising for our family business and I supply all the comforts of home. Our time is spent planning our next real estate purchase, building websites for clients, working out, playing with our daughter, reading, and cooking new recipes. When we get a few days to ourselves, we head down to Myrtle Beach to relax and enjoy.
