Our spacious two-story home in the heart of Allentown is truly a home away from home! Our space offers all the comforts and amenities of home with lots of charm and character, modern updates and brand new furniture.

Located in the heart of Allentown with just a short walk to numerous restaurants, bars, coffee shops and stores, and free off street parking, our home is perfect for a weekend get away, business trip, or extended stay!

Main Room: Spacious living room with ample seating for guests and a 50" Roku Smart TV. Wireless Internet is available throughout the entire space at no charge. Includes a fold down couch and space for the air mattress for additional sleeping arrangements.

Kitchen: Large and updated with a full size stainless steel appliances-stove/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. A coffee maker, Keurig, toaster, pots and pans and cooking utensils are available. Cups, plates, cutlery, and wine glasses/wine opener are also included. There is a table with seating for four guests and space for an additional four at the breakfast bar.

Bedrooms: All three bedrooms have comfortable queen mattresses. One bedroom is on the first floor and the other two are on the second floor. There are extra pillows and blankets in the upstairs hallway closet.

There is an air mattress in the upstairs bedroom closet for an additional sleeping arrangement.

Bathrooms: The first floor bathroom has a combination bathtub/shower, and the upstairs bathroom has a stand up shower. Both have all necessities: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, Q-tips, cotton balls, towels and washcloths.

Backyard: Guests can use the backyard and gas grill, but it is shared with the other unit. There is a porch off of the kitchen for There can be no loud noise/music outside at any time.

Accessibility: There are 4 steps leading to the front door and guests must climb an additional flight of stairs to access the second floor. A full bathroom and bedroom with queen bed are located on the first floor. There are exterior cameras, but no interior cameras.

Neighborhood: Located in the heart of Allentown and a quick drive from the Downtown/Medical Corridor, Key Bank Center, Larkinville, Canalside, Elmwood Avenue, Burchfield Penney Art Gallery and Albright Knox Art Gallery! New Era Field and Niagara Falls are a 25 minute drive or less. Walkable restaurants include Allen Burger Venture, Casa Azul, Gabriel's Gate, Colter Bay, Falley Allen, Allentown Pizza, Towne Restaurant, Mother's and more!

Additional Information: Our base rates are for 2 adults. Each additional adult is $25 per night.

Beautiful home in downtown Buffalo

My family was visiting Buffalo for our nephew's wedding. The reason we chose this house was the two bathrooms. It was a very nice stay in a beautiful home. My elderly parents stayed in the downstairs bedroom and used the downstairs bath. My family had the two bedrooms and bath upstairs. My pre-teen slept on the futon downstairs. The street was absolutely gorgeous with the fall colors. We felt safe in the neighborhood. The host was very responsive and fast with communication. I would recommend staying here when visiting Buffalo.

Was a beautiful house, nicely updated. The street was beautiful loved all the houses along and walkable to a lot! Short stay for us, enjoyed it! Only thing I didn’t realize the house had an apartment upstairs until I heard people walking around. No problems. I would suggest a lock on the attic door.

Disappointed

We were really excited to stay at this place We were traveling with family and the place seemed to be spacious for all of us. However it was a nightmare! The first night went to the store to buy a few groceries and while we were taking groceries out of the car and into the house half of our groceries went missing. Someone literally took half of our groceries in matter of minutes from the time we went into the house and back outside. I notified Eric because it was not about the groceries it was about the uneasy feeling of staying there and keeping my family safe. He offered to reimburse for the groceries missing I honestly didn’t have the time to add all up and see what was missing. The main thing it’s that my husband drove all around town to find some waters nearby he ended up finding a convenience store open and got waters for $25! We had a busy agenda as we were on vacation with a full itinerary. The house has very steep stairs which wasn’t ideal with my elderly mother so I had to sleep upstairs with my toddler and be very cautious that he wouldn’t fall down the stairs. The bedding upstairs by the bathroom was dirty. The bedroom by the bathroom was extremely hot and the room across was extremely cold since that’s the one that has the AC unit and in order for the other room to get cool we had to crank it up. There’s also black ants everywhere. Last, the morning we left we decided to have coffee… we took the coffee mugs out and the mugs were dirty!

A total gem

The place it’s absolutely beautiful, clean, very stacked with all things you may need. Quiet neighborhood. Restaurants, shops, grocery stores and lil boutiques all around the area, walking distance most of them. Communication was also excellent! We enjoyed our stayed very much!!

Great Location, Great Place

Place was well maintained and in walking distance to food and drink. Host responded to my questions prior to arrival with in 1 hr of asking. Look forward to renting again for our next Bills Game.
