Step outside the living area onto the covered patio and enjoy the dune and sea oat views right in front of you. There is a path leading you to the warm, turquoise Gulf waters.
The sitting area on the patio is a great cocktail hour spot before heading to one of the fabulous restaurants to be found on the island. If you are looking to accommodate a party larger than 6, you may also reserve The Beach House, which is located directly next door and sleeps a maximum of 8 guests.

The beach dunes and salty air will greet you when you step outside onto the large back patio area. There is plenty of seating and a gas grill for your cooking pleasure.

There is one covered parking space in the on-site garage and enough room for two additional cars in the driveway.
