Cozy coastal living located within walking distance to the beach. Minutes drive to Harkness Park, Waterford Beach, Niantic Main Street and downtown Mystic where there are many restaurants to choose from. We are also 30 minutes from Mohegan Sun Casino. You can relax after a day at the beach on an expansive deck over looking a beautiful yard. When the sun goes down, sit by the fire pit and make s’mores after grilling dinner on the Weber Grill.

This stay exceeded my expectations. The property was beautiful and well maintained. The house was clean, cozy, smelt great! There was very nice amenities such as the fire pit and foosball table, and its in close proximity to local shops, restaurants, beaches, and museums.

Great stay, great house, good location

Great weekend getaway - close to the beaches and towns. Lovely little house with firepit and very quiet neighborhood.

Coastal Getaway

Very coastal and homey, the adults and grandchildren loved it! Clean and relaxing and close to everything. Enjoyed the local beaches and restaurants. Thanks Donna and Bill

Xmas getaway in Mystic

Spent a few days Christmas shopping and enjoying the lights in Mystic Village! Always a treat. Don was quick and helpful with a question and we enjoyed our stay. Hope to return!

Everything about this house was great. We loved the decor, the convenience to beaches and places of interest. The owners came when we had a problem with the TV. This is a great place to stay.

Disappointed and hurt!

Nice looking house , took my daughter who has health issues for a little getaway , numerous insects ! Unable to sleep at all Thank god my son came with us he killed countless spiders, grasshoppers, and some bugs we didn’t even know how to indentify . Told owner next morning , sent her husband supposedly to spray , but again nighttime was a nightmare we stayed in living room in chairs , unable to use bedrooms due to bugs! We left a complete day early and missed everything , mystic village , beach, we slept when daylight came and lost the days . Daughter was exhausted and felt horribly !!! All the owner said was , “well since you left a day early I’ll give you that back , but we didn’t see anything at the house .”And I sent pictures of them !! And not even a response to my voice message or text ! I am a widow and saved to do this and went home beyond hurt that someone would allow this to happen in their home and not make it right ! Air conditioners were we believe to be the reasons , sent pictures of spaces where you can see right through outside ! Hope it gets fixed for others .. I never post reviews , but them ignoring me afterward was just beyond anything I could have imagined . I spent a lot of money and we came home just so upset . We were really trying to have something positive for us finally to forget our troubles , but it turned out not to be thehe case !

It’s unfortunate that her stay wasn’t everything she had hoped. My husband sprayed, came back at 10:00 at night to assess her complaints. We have had the house rented all summer and there has been zero complaints about any bugs what so ever. All other reviews on VRBO and Airbnb have been 5 star ratings - we did everything to accomodate this renter and it was never good enough unfortunately. We love and stand by our beautiful bug free home.

Great spot. Quiet and convenient. Made for a nice beach getaway with some quaint surrounding towns we could go visit. Everything was smooth and hosts were very easy to work with.

So many good things to say about this property. We chose this home because we wanted places to hang out and visit. Inside-big kitchen table and the living room area with lots of comfortable seating, on the outside-huge wraparound porch with chairs, a covered picnic table and out back a private large deck area, then a really nice private backyard with easy to move chairs. Unfortunately ran out of time for the firepit, but that was very nice too. Yard and gardens were lush and very well maintained. Quiet streets, quiet neighbors, nice for walking to the beach. The beach is better than the pictures! Rooms with comfortable beds, nice bedding and towels, lots of little extras I have not found in other rentals. It was like a home away from home!Also, a bunch of close good restaurants and shops! I will definitely try to come back again and stay longer!!The owners responded quickly to any questions I had, A hosts!

Great little house

We enjoyed our stay. Hosts were very responsive to a few little issues that came up (wifi password issue, we blew a fuse). House is about a 15 min walk to a small beach which was great for our 5 year old. Walk was a totally doable distance for him. We'd never been to the area before so I can't compare it to other areas but it was a nice little long-weekend getaway home-base.

Fantastic Beach Vacation for a Family Reunion

Came back to CT for my dad's 70th birthday in Old Lyme. Stayed here with my wife, sister, BIL, and two nephews. Perfect amount of space! Very clean! Great deck. Even had some deer run through the backyard to get the full CT experience. Beach chairs, directions to local beaches, and beach towels were greatly appreciated! Host great with communication. Would recommend!
