Center of Town - Walk Everywhere

Our home is in the Center of Beach Haven. It is a Large Raised Ranch (2500 square feet) located in the Center of Town within walking distance to all major attractions, restaurants, bars, shopping and the beach. (Located 1 block from the Marlin, Triton, Buckalew's and Murphy's Market)

The home has lots of great space. The top floor contains a beautiful brand new open living room and kitchen with cathedral ceilings. The kitchen has granite counter tops, Kitchen Aid stainless steel appliances, and a cottage dinning table with seating for 8 adults. The kitchen also has a large center island that sits 4 comfortably. The open living room has a large flat screen TV with lots of new furniture sitting on hardwood floors. The same floor has two bedrooms (One with twin beds and the other with a queen) and a completely renovated bathroom with tile floor, granite vanity top, Toto toilet (best flushing) and bathtub/shower combination.

The lower level contains a large entry foyer that leads to the twin captain bedroom as we like to call it, new half bath, laundry room, garage and new master bedroom. Inside the master bedroom you have separate his and her closets, king size bed, and a large bathroom with double sinks, toilet and large tile shower with all the latest shower technology both streaming and handheld. We also have an outdoor shower with a dressing room so you can clean up easily when you come home from the beach.

This home is located in the center of town so you can park your car and walk everywhere. For those of you familiar with Beach Haven it is one block from Murphy's market, 7 blocks from Fantasy Island, and 9 blocks from Bay Village.

Our home includes beach badges, beach chairs and a beach cart to make it easy to take everything to the beach. The outdoor deck has a Weber natural gas grill (so you never have to change a tank), and dining for 10 people.

Our 2025 weekly rate in July and August is $6,950. We can customize dates in the off season to accommodate long weekends.

We do NOT rent to any prom groups, high school students or college students.

Great stay in LBI!

Mark's place was perfect for a family vacation in LBI. The location could not have been better, and the space was perfect. We loved spending time on the porch, and the master bathroom was great. We would definitely stay again.

Great week stay

Our family and friends enjoyed how the location of the house was exactly what the listing described and more. We were walking distance to all eateries and shoppes. It was safe and quiet area. The house had all amenities needed and very clean. Our family would welcome the opportunity to book again.

Wonderful family vacation

What a lovely home & you really couldn't get a better location. New deck being built ended up not completely done when we were due to arrive for issues beyond the owners control. But he let us know & was extremely fair giving us a partial refund. We have no complaints at all. Highly recommend this home for a wonderful LBI vacation!!!

Perfect location!

The house was awesome! Great open concept allowed us to play card games, eat, and watch TV all together! Rooms are a good size. Location was perfect! We had other family members within the same block. Walked to restaurants, shops, and wedding venues. And the deck was furnished with enough chairs for us and some visitors. 100% I would rent again! The outside does not reflect the inside…it looks smaller than it is. But the inside surprises you.

Great house, great location!

Everything was as advertised. Very clean house, walking distance to beach, Fantasy Island, shops, restaurants, market, etc. Owner was very responsive and gave clear instructions for everything. Had a great trip with the family and plan to stay here again one day!

Property accomadated our family of six comfortably. It was central to activities in beach haven, including restaurants, amusement park, miniature golf, etc. Would rent there again.

Fantastic weekend

We came in from Texas and met up with friends and family from NJ. This property was perfect. It was the perfect size for our group and the location could not have been better. There was so much to do within walking distance. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. We hope to make it back one day!

Great House and Location

This was the perfect house for our long weekend stay. The host had super detailed instructions on everything we needed to know about the house and needed for our stay. It's in a great location and close to everything in Beach Haven.

Perfect!

I can't say enough how great this place is! PERFECT location. My boyfriend and a few friends were in town for a wedding held at the beach (3 blocks from the house). We had never been to Beach Haven before, but anything we needed was within walking distance (grocery, beverages, bagels, restaurants etc!). The beach was about a 5 minute walk - which is nothing. Once we arrived, each couple used their cars once during the entire trip - otherwise it stayed in the extremely large driveway. I felt extra comfortable knowing our car was located in our driveway and not via street parking - just because I didn't know the area. I loved that this house is located a block away from the main strip. You're so close to everything, but not directly surrounded by the touristy travelers/busier street etc. The check in/out process was the easiest I've ever dealt with and Mark was extremely responsive throughout the booking as well as gave us extra tips closer to our check-in date. The outdoor deck area was PERFECT and honestly, the picture doesn't do it justice. When it says partial view on the picture description, it really is a partial view. The deck is very spacious with more than enough room. We had 5 adults and only used a little section of the deck - more than enough room! Everything listed was supplied. The kitchen & open floor plan was exactly what we were looking for to be able to hangout comfortably! The washer/dryer area was such a plus, the relief to not have to come home and do laundry made the experience that much better. Since you do have to bring your own linens (unless you choose to rent them) - the only thing I wish I thought to bring were hand towels for the bathrooms. Other than that, perfect stay and if I ever return to Beach Haven I would love to rent again.

Memorial Day Weekend

This rental couldn’t have been any more convenient. The check in/our process was so simple. The house was such a cute space, beautiful updated kitchen and bathrooms! Located in the perfect spot walking distance to a bunch of stores, restaurants, bars and the beach! Would defiantly recommend Marks place and hoping to stay here again!

Great Week and a Great House!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. House was everything and more then we expected and we can't wait to stay again! Mark was very accommodating and quick in response. The house is centrally located to anything and everything you may need. Although we didn't get a chance to use the beach gear, everything was provided in the garage which makes packing/travelling that much easier.

Recently stayed at this property for week of Chowderfest '14. I highly recommend this beach house! Great Beach Haven location, beautiful decor, very clean, spacious, open and airy. Owner was very friendly and accommodating...will definately rent again!

We have spent our summers growing up in Beach Haven and have purchased this house many years ago. We did a complete renovation of the house in 2014 and use it for our personal family vacations as well as rent it part of the summer.

It is the perfect location in the center of Beach Haven. The common living area is a great place to gather for adults and kids. We have had many wedding guests and parties use it in the off season as it is centrally located.
