Beautiful oceanfront condo in the heart of Beach Haven. Spectacular Ocean views from living room, master bedroom or covered balcony. Updated kitchen with granite counters and porcelain tile floor. Two bedrooms each with cable television. One bedroom has a queen bed. The other bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed with a twin trundle.. Living room has a pull-out sofa. The unit has two full bathrooms. Enjoy the peaceful sunrise and sound of the ocean from inside the condo. You can’t be any closer to the beach. A few steps to the best restaurants and all major attractions in Beach Haven. All 5-star reviews and many of our guests return year after year.

Other Amenities

Free High Speed Internet, YouTube TV with over 125 channels. Four beach badges are provided at the beginning of the season. There is no guarantee of their continued presence throughout the summer, however this convenience is provided at no extra cost and we have NEVER had a single tenant not have them upon their arrival! Fully equipped eat-in kitchen with ice maker, dishwasher, washer and dryer, air conditioning and heat for all season use, 48 in. flat screen TV in living room and 32 inch flat screen color TV's in each bedroom, DVD player with a variety of movies on-site, telephone, walk-in closet, outside showers, and two reserved parking places (one covered). Towels and linens not included. Sealy Posturepedic Mattress in Master (Queen) bedroom. Living Room has pull-out sofa.

This was our third or fourth time staying at Vaseem's, and as before, we had a wonderful, relaxing time. The view from the balcony, the short walk to the beach, and the quality and cleanliness of this home continues to call to us, and we can't wait for our next visit!

This property had an amazing ocean view and was very clean. We stayed with our one year old and it was the perfect walk to the beach. Everything in town was also very walkable and perfect for our family. We can’t wait to come back again!

Our 7th stay in Vaseem’s condo! We love it for the wonderful view of the ocean from the balcony, but other great assets are a perfect location and everything we need inside. Looking forward to our 8th stay!

Absolutely amazing place with amazing view. 2nd time staying and would stay again no doubt. Easy to book and great communication! Everything we needed was there and did I tell you about the view! Loved it and will go again!

What a great condo, right on the beach! Great ocean views. Everything was very clean and comfortable. Very close to shopping, restaurants. We had a small issue when we arrived, the owners got back to us immediately, we got a solution and it was not a problem. The owners couldn’t be nicer or more easily accessible. Highly recommend!

This was a perfect place for a beach get-away! The host was wonderful and extremely accommodating. We appreciated how well the condo is maintained and the welcoming touches such as snacks waiting for us when we arrived.

We had a fun and comfortable stay. Our hosts were communicative and friendly. The rental is in a perfect location and we loved walking everywhere and being oceanfront and steps away from the beach all week!

This condo was exactly what I was looking for! The location was perfect...I could sit on the balcony and hear and see the ocean...and fall asleep to the sound of the waves.The place was spotlessly clean and had everything I needed for a relaxing week. I spent half the week alone and felt completely safe and comfortable as an older woman vacationing alone, and then two family members joined me for the second half. I can't say enough positive things about renting from Vaseem. I sent her multiple messages prior to the trip with questions, questions, questions...and she never took more than 10 minutes tops to respond. Once I arrived I communicated with her some more and she made suggestions for restaurants and activities. The location is great. I never took my car out (though I could have to explore a lot of local activities I didn't feel the need). I walked to the local grocery, pharmacy and restaurants with no problem. The town is quiet and the condo is the perfect place to relax on your own or with family/friends. So easy to walk to the beach . Only 100 steps from the building to the path to the beach (I counted!!!!). Thank you Vaseem for providing just what I was looking for.

Great condo in perfect location

We stayed here for a girls weekend and it was perfect! Right on the ocean and walking distance to lots of fun places. Owner was very nice and accommodating.

Well supplied condo with comfortable bed and great view. Very convenient to all Beach Haven has to offer. Communication with owner was excellent. Excellent choice for our short getaway.

We both love the ocean and always wanted an oceanfront place that we could enjoy when we wanted to. We bought this condo soon after retirement, and find that we enjoy hosting! So far it's been great :-).

The condo has a full, direct ocean view from the living room and the primary bed room. It is wonderful to be able to fall asleep listening to the waves and then see the sunrise when you wake up while still in bed!
