Great!

Great place for a week at the beach. Owners are wonderful to work with - very organized and terrific communication. Location is great we did not move our car once!

Great stay for a long weekend!

This property is within walking distance to everything. In early October it is quiet which was exactly what I was looking for yet all shops and restaurants were fully functioning. The weather was perfect for long walks, biking (bikes are provided by the owner), walking about town and enjoying a hot cup of coffee first thing in the morning on the beach. I only gave 3 stars for cleanliness because there was a miscommunication between the owner and cleaning service so the place was not cleaned prior to my arrival. Nonetheless it was tolerable enough that I requested to not have the cleaning done while I was still there. I would definitely stay here again!

Even though we informed the cleaning service of the changeover date, they apparently forgot. When the tenant informed us, we contacted the cleaning service and they offered to do the cleaning at any time at the tenant’s convenience. However, as noted in the review, the tenant preferred to continue her her stay interruption. Our apologies.

So relaxing and convenient

This house is in the perfect location to walk everywhere - the beach, the bay, restaurants, water park/mini golf and shopping. Comfortable inside and out. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Lovely home - plenty of space for our family of 4. Very well located - easy walk to beach, bay, restaurants. Bob responded promptly to all of our questions. Would rent again!

The house was perfect, close to beach, shops and restaurants. We parked our car and left it the whole week. The townhouse was impeccably clean and was perfect for our family. HIGHLY recommend!!

Great location! Great house!

We’ve been coming to LBI for years. This house was a last minute rental and we were thrilled. House is two blocks from bay for sunsets and two blocks for beach. The hosts Bob and Aida are quick to respond to questions and address any issues that arise. House had 4 bikes so our family enjoyed riding around the area. Enough beach chairs and a beach wagon to carry all your beach items. Good size house with everything you need. Once we arrived we didn’t have to drive our car. Near plenty of restaurants, market and shopping. Would rent again.

Superb!

This property and location was ideal! Close to everything, and wonderfully compatible for what we wanted. We've stayed in a number of properties in Beach Haven, and this was the best! 3 bedrooms with 3 full bathrooms is a rare find, especially one as nice as this. We will be back!

excellent vacation and rental

Bob was a pleasure to work with and although the prior tenants took the keys with them, Bob remedied the situation promptly, giving us access via the garage combination lock and having the realtor drop off 2 keys the next day. Beautiful home, location, and fantastic owners, really hoping to rent from them again, our favorite property we've rented so far!

Nice house great location

The property is fantastic. Very nice and spacious duplex in the best location in beach haven. Owners are very friendly and responsive and the check in process could not have been easier. Can’t wait to stay there again next year

Great for family with two children!

We had a wonderful experience staying at this house. With two young children, you can't beat the layout and the location. We could walk everywhere with or without the double stroller. The beach, restaurants, stores, water park and rides were all close to the house. Highly recommend this home!

Great place to stay

The location of this townhouse is the best. We walked to the beach, dinner and entertainment. Our teenagers used the bikes to get around. It was clean and had plenty of space. The only downside is the WiFi is weak except in the downstairs with no WiFi in the master bedroom. Also the master bedroom gets very warm despite air conditioning and fans. Overall a great place to stay on LBI

We're glad that you enjoyed your stay. Sorry that you had a problem with the wifi upstairs. In our experience, the WiFi signal is strong upstairs except in the master bedroom. That bedroom is over the garage which seems to interfere with the signal. We have asked the cable company to improve reception there but we've had only limited improvement. Also sorry that the master bedroom did not cool off enough. To supplement the air conditioning, each bedroom has a ceiling fan and a floor fan. The problem you experienced may have been due to the very hot weather this summer. Thanks for renting our house and we hope you will return. Bob & Aida

The property was fantastic!

This property is in the best location on LBI. It is also very spacious and clean. The ease of check-in and check-out is a plus as well. This is one of the best experiences with renting a home I have ever had.

Great house!!!

Had a great time staying at this house... it has everything!!! I have rented several other places but none came with as many extras as this one...Beach tags, beach chairs, buggy carrier and bikes...and Bob was a pleasure to deal with!!!

Best rental yet!

We've booked a number of rentals across the US and this has to be in the top two if not the best. The unit is clean, spacious and well equipped. the owners are super responsive and helpful. I only wish we could have stayed longer, but will definitely try to come back again soon!

Great Property! Highly Recommend

This home was a great rental property on LBI. The location is perfect. You can walk everywhere. Shops, restaurants, Fantasy Island, Beach and Bay. The property had a well stocked kitchen and garage with beach gear and bicycles. We were there off-season for a family wedding but would highly recommend this property for all seasons!

We had a great time at the beach house and really enjoyed the stay. The location is very convenient to restaurants, the amusement park, and the supermarket. We did not need to drive anywhere all week. The owners are responsive and very helpful. We had a great time.

Location, Location, Location

We had a great time during our first-ever LBI vacation. One of the things we enjoyed most was how convenient it was to walk to the beach, the bay, the amusement park, restaurants and stores. We didn't need our car once we arrived. The house itself is a beautiful duplex, with lots of space for our family of five. Our younger kids enjoyed the bunkbed bedroom, and we gave the master bedroom to our teenager, so we could enjoy the sunny front bedroom with the 2nd story porch. Each morning, I got up to watch the sunrise over the beach. And, in the evening, our family would watch the sun set on the bay. While all the restaurants we went to were great, we really enjoyed "Barry's (do me a flavor) Lunch and Dinner" restaurant right across the street. The food was great, the service was quick, and they had great ice cream for dessert. We can't wait to go back to LBI.

The home was nice and in an excellent location.

The location of the home was excellent. There were many restaurants near by and a grocery store. We were there just before the season, so many places were opening the following week. The property was clean and it was easy to talk to the owner when needed before our trip. I would recommend this home to others who were visiting Beach Haven. We were there for a wedding and a 'nor'easter as it happened. Great fun!

Great family home a short walk from the beach!

This was the perfect home for our family of 5 for a beach vacation! The home was more spacious than we anticipated, with plenty of room for each of us. Love all of the little touches, such as so many hooks in the bathrooms, the wagon and beach chairs in the garage, etc. It was nice having a washer and dryer to clean our beach towels (bring your own towels). Barry's Do-Me-A-Flavor across the street is a MUST DO. This home is a short walk to a great beach, good food, miniature golf and more. The home owners were wonderful to work with. Special thanks to them for leaving us a package of sheets for the beds, since we were flying in from the midwest. Very accommodating! Thanks for a memorable family vacation!

Would definitely go back!

This home was very well-equipped and clean. The owners even provided bikes, very nice beach chairs and boogie boards as well as a beach wagon to transport our gear to the beach. The location cannot be beat! Walking distance or bike riding distance to tons of restaurants and shops. We were there with two teenagers and they appreciated being able to walk or ride their bikes to wherever they wanted to go. The walk to the beach was about five-seven minutes. We had a great time and would definitely return!

Perfect Townhouse!

Perfect sums up my stay at this home! Very clean, comfortable and walking distance to absolutely everything LBI has to offer! Despite the windy conditions due to Hurricane Hermine, we had no rain and were able to enjoy our stay. Owners, Aida and Bod were very easy to work with and very responsive. Will definitely consider staying here again!
