NEW 3RD STORY RENOVATION IS COMPLETED! We are excited to expand this space with four additional bedrooms and one additional full bathroom in the pre-existing 3rd floor space. With almost twice the number of bedrooms added this home feels no less crowded thanks to the large size of the upstairs area. AC is provided in the summer months via a brand new central air system!

Enjoy comfortable living spaces, a well-equipped kitchen, and a short 10 minute walk to the Finger Lakes Welcome Center. Explore the area's beauty and culture while having a cozy, convenient base. This space can accommodate up to 16 guests comfortably. Bed sizes consist of two kings, six queens, and one full. Our kitchen comes fully equipped with all the essentials for your cooking needs. Our location is walking distance from downtown and close to countless wineries. Enjoy the Seneca Lake Wine Trail, offering over 100 wineries, breweries, distilleries and countless other attractions. You'll find Monaco's cafe down the block for a fresh coffee and breakfast to start off the day; the famous Wegmans Food Market is a one minute drive down the road. As an added security measure we have a Ring camera installed at our front entrance, this is an exterior camera only.

I have taken much pride in continuing the restoration and integrity of this beautiful and spacious home to maintain its pristine condition for my guests to enjoy.
