Such a charming home with lots of character. Very clean. Comfortable beds. Within walking distance to beautiful downtown Geneva. It was the perfect stay for our girls weekend in the Finger Lakes.

An incredible historic home in the heart of old Geneva NY, stocked with everything you need and nice little touches everywhere. Great communication from the host, easy check-in and check-out, comfortable beds, beautiful balconies, couldn't be happier with our stay. The best place to stay in Geneva!

We had a delightful time at JJ Row!! The home was immaculate, centrally located in historic Geneva, a short drive to Hobart and William College, and within a short distance of some magnificent wineries!!!John left us a listing of great places to eat-many thanks!! The arrival and departure instructions were very easy and informative. We highly recommend this row house when visiting Geneva NY!!

Second time staying at this property, so that should already tell you something. Location is great to both walk into town as well as to the HWS campus. House is very clean and rooms are each plenty big enough. Beds are all comfortable. Host is very responsive to questions as well.

The hosts went above and beyond in providing us with everything we needed.Coffee, creamers, water, snacks, condiments, extra towels, and very comfortable beds. Also home was very clean.

This house was beautiful and thoughtfully curated. It was well stocked with the essentials and very very clean. The location was fantastic and everything was within walking distance. A plus to have a small park right next door. The beds were comfortable and great to have a/c up stairs for sleeping comfortably. Awesome touch to have the book with photos about the house and it's past. We will definitely be returning to this house!

Here is a polished Vrbo note:We had an excellent stay during our son’s graduation weekend at HWS. The rental was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and very well located. It made such an important family occasion even more special and enjoyable. The host was responsive and helpful, and everything was exactly as described. We truly appreciated the experience and would gladly stay here again.Highly recommended.

The home is beautiful, tastefully decorated, and clean. There is no outdoor seating, except for a balcony in one of the upstairs bedrooms that overlooks the neighbors' yards. Having a few chairs on the front porch and/or in the small front garden would be a nice touch for evenings: cocktails, enjoying the breeze, sitting outside, etc. This lack of outdoor space would be the only thing preventing me from renting again. The host is extremely quick to respond, answer questions, and be an overall help. It is a beautiful house.

We weren’t able to figure out how to turn on the bedroom fireplace, so maybe provide directions. Also, we would have like non flavored coffee creamers.
