Welcome to our fully furnished 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath beach house in the sought-after Sea Isle beach community! Enjoy the open-concept living space with a spacious kitchen boasting stainless-steel appliances and a large granite countertop. Take in beach views and the soothing sound of the ocean from the expansive covered deck. The ground level features a generous entertainment area with an enclosed bar. For fishing enthusiasts, we provide access to the private pier. Your beach retreat awaits! We welcome Winter Texans and snowbirds.
Embrace the perfect family escape at our kid and dog-friendly beach house, featuring a fully fenced yard just steps away, a mere 200 yards from the beach. Dive into the Sea Isle neighborhood experience with an array of amenities, including restaurants, bars, food trucks, a private fishing pier (accessible with your rental), marina, boat launch, bait shop, store, community pool (available seasonally-check with host), and courts for tennis, pickleball, volleyball, and basketball. Kids will love the playground, and a covered pavilion adds to the communal charm. Navigate this coastal paradise effortlessly with our available golf cart (for additional cost), ensuring every family member has a memorable stay.
Indulge in safety and convenience with our fully fenced yard featuring secure gates—a haven for kids and pets to frolic freely. The downstairs oasis boasts a wet bar with roller shutters, a full-size refrigerator, a powder bath, an outdoor enclosed shower, and a BBQ grill. Elevate your beach experience with an exterior lift, a privacy wall on the upstairs deck, and partial beach views. The expansive covered area downstairs, linked to the built-out bar, is perfect for entertaining family and friends. High enough to accommodate a large RV or boat, the home offers covered parking for up to 5 cars. For the eco-conscious, an EV charging outlet is at your service. Your coastal retreat awaits with unparalleled comfort and style!
Enhance your coastal exploration with the option to rent our golf cart for added convenience (additional cost). Snowbirds and winter Texans, embrace the warmth of our beach haven. Long-term rentals are available—reach out to the host for availability and make your extended stay a memorable one.
Discover opulent relaxation in the master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a luxurious King bed. The second bedroom boasts another King bed, while the third is a playful retreat with 2 full over full bunk beds. A harmonious blend of style and functionality, the fourth bedroom features a Queen bed and a day bed. Unwind in the common full bath conveniently located next to the third bedroom, or freshen up in the half bath downstairs in the garage near the bar area. Entertainment is elevated with 4 smart TVs, each equipped with a built-in Roku device. Access your favorite streaming channels like Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, HBO NOW, Fubo TV, and more—simply use your own credentials for a personalized experience.
Amenities: We have got most essentials covered.
• Outdoor grill (We do not provide charcoal)
• Laundry room - Washer and Dryer for your convenience (limited laundry pods provided).
• Bathrooms – Hand wash, Body wash, Shampoo, Conditioner, and limited Paper amenities. We also provide bath towels, hand towels and wash towels.
• Kitchen – Pots and pans and basic utensils are provided. Basic spices, Coffee corner (Coffee maker, ground coffee, paper coffee filters, sugar, and non-dairy dry creamer), Toaster, blender, waffle maker, slow cooker and tea kettle. We provide limited dish washing pods and soap.
• Additionally, we provide linens, pillows and limited beach towels.
• High-speed internet/ Wi-Fi (up to 600 MBPS).
• Centralized air conditioning with ceiling fans throughout the house.
We do have beach umbrella, few chairs and beach toys in the garage, but we highly recommend you to bring your own tents/umbrellas and chairs as these things may get damaged/ broken.
Dog friendly: Up to 2 well-behaved dogs are considered with a non-refundable one-time pet fee ($100 for 1 dog and $150 for 2 dogs). Please reach out to me if you have more than 2 dogs. The pet fee during reservation by default is set at $100. Please send me a message post reservation if you intend on bringing more than one dog.
Pet rules:
1. Dog must be house trained
2. Please keep the dog off the couch, chairs, and beds
3. Do not leave a dog unattended outside (excessive barking)
4. Please clean up your dog waste
5. Pets must be kenneled when not directly supervised
External Cameras** We have 2 cameras on the property for the safety of our guests but they are placed in a manner that respects the privacy of our guests.
1. Camera 1 is located in the parking lot near the garage facing the gate. The camera does not capture the entertainment area outside the bar area.
2. Camera 2 is located at the top of the stairway and captures the entire stairway. It does not capture the deck area.
Check-in is at 4PM and Check-out is at 11AM:
• The lock code to the lockbox will be provided via text.
• There is a $100 fee for early check-in or late check-out. The request will be accommodated based on availability.
Additional House rules:
1. Parking is permitted only on the designated parking space under the house or on the driveway with a maximum limit of 5 cars at anytime during the stay.
2. No moving furniture's
3. Please take the trash out and dispose it in the large Trash bin by the garage.
Please note:
1. There is a $100 fee to access the community pool paid at Sea Isle POA office. The pool is open on a daily basis from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Additionally, the pool will open in May and October on a limited basis (Check with the Sea Isle POA Office for those days and hours). Pool hours are 10:00 A.M. to 8:00 P.M., weather and daylight permitting.
2. The fishing pier can be accessed using a access card that will be provided while checking in. There is a $200 fee if the access card is lost.
3. The boat launch area can be accessed through a key that will be provided during check in. There is a $200 fee if the key is lost.
4. There will be a replacement fee of $150 (each) for loss of house key and cargo lift remote.
5. We use a third party to handle the above issues. The charges above are to pay for expenses incurred.
6. There is a golf cart in the garage. Guests must refrain from sitting on it unless authorized to use. Any damages will be the liability of the guest making the reservation.
