The property is exactly as described. It is well maintained and clean.This was our second trip to Seaclusion. We go because of the geography. It's quiet and beautiful.

Words can not express what a wonderful host and home! Communication was so clear and everything was explained before we arrived….but we were not prepared for the stunning, clean and cozy home with the spectacular view we were about to enter! This home is the perfect place for families, friends, couples or if you just want to live in nature with luxury! Everything was perfect and the home was so cozy and warm. When you walk in you will feel like you are home. There is information on where to eat, where to get groceries and things to do. This is a must stay in my opinion and we will be back!

What an amazing place! The location directly on the rocky Maine coast was outstanding, and the home is so thoughtfully cared for. Brian and Melanie have created many spaces to sit, be quiet and soak in the beauty. They clearly love Seaclusion, and our family is so thankful they share it. We hope to be back!

Beautiful home with the most amazing beach. This is our second year going to SeaClusion. So many improvements and the most comfortable home. This year my daughter brought her two pups. Our two granddaughters still consider the beach, The Best Playground Ever!

So beautiful and peaceful!

We absolutely loved our stay! The location was stunning and the house was everything we could ask for! The home is well stocked and cared for with so many nice touches that really made it stand out above most other vacation homes we have stayed in. We would definitely stay again!

This was my family's second time staying here and it was just as wonderful as the first time. The house was very clean (that is extremely important to me!), it was well-equipped with absolutely everything we needed to enjoy our 10-day stay, and honestly - there isn't a thing we would change about it other than wishing we could have stayed much longer! We hope to return again and again!

Great place and very nice host

Check in process was very easy and host was very helpful with the tips and overall communication. This is a secluded place with beautiful nature around. View from the house is amazing!

Perfect family getaway

Set right at the edge of the ocean made for the perfect place to unwind and enjoy some down time. Well stocked with everything you need to cook and even some basic spices and baking supplies. Lots of games and puzzles to keep children busy and a fun wild coast beaches to explore.

Lovely house, amazing location

We loved staying at this house. The spot was beautiful. Such a nice place to explore and just relax and enjoy the scenery. The house was cozy and comfortable. The owners were very responsive; communication was great. We love this area -- great hikes in Cutler and Roque Bluffs, and Jasper Beach is a favorite spot!

Great property, great hosts.

Perfect spot for our 4 night getaway, love how quiet the Machiasport area is. House is cozy and unique (in a good way🙂). We had an issue during our stay that Brian couldn't have handled any better, he really went above and beyond! This is a great property steps away from the rocky coast of Maine, a true oasis to get away for a while.

Peaceful & relaxing

Beautiful location and lovely cabin. Well decorated and appointed. Owners thought of everything, even kindly provided emergency backups for some toiletries. Our family and friends thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

"Seaclusion" is Spectacular!

Beautifully decorated, well appointed, spectacular ocean views-- the cottage was everything we wanted and then some. It truly was secluded with no neighbors in sight. The owners answered all of our questions quickly and provided fun details about the property. We had a lovely time

Seclusion 24

The Host has taken care of everything you could need for a week or weekend getaway..Very clean and tastefully decorated...Not to mention the most comfortable king bed upstairs.Will be back for sure.

Peaceful and Relaxing

We had a wonderful time during our stay. The house and property are everything as described and more. We enjoyed the easy access to put in kayaks and explore the surrounding area. We spent many hours just sitting on the property taking in the views of the ocean and the lobster boats out for their daily catch. Also provided a nice central location to explore and hike the surrounding areas of Roque Bluffs state park and Machias. Highly recommend!

Stunning location and amazing home

Rarely does a property exceed expectations like Seaclusion did. The location is absolute perfect. The home was decorated expertly. Seaclusion is a true gem. When word gets out about what a perfect rental is I’m sure it will be completely booked for months in advance. Thank you to the homeowners for a perfect vacation rental.

Stunning View

The location of this property is truly ideal. The house is secluded and tucked away in the pine trees with an amazing view of the ocean. You feel secluded, but you are very close to all the amenities of the cute town of Machias. The house is equipped with everything you would ever need. It is very cozy and the property owners are very attentive. The hardest thing about our trip was leaving. We can’t wait to return!
