Located in Roque Bluffs, this charming cottage has been in our family since the early 1900’s and boasts 3 bedrooms including a king, queen, and full bed. With amenities like WiFi, AC, and an ocean view guests will feel right at home. Whether you're looking to relax or explore the area, this cozy retreat has everything you need for a fabulous getaway. Enjoy an afternoon picnic or an evening fire by the water’s edge, explore at high or low tide, visit the state park and beach down the road and enjoy coffee with a view outside on the deck. We'll be available to answer any questions and offer recommendations while you stay at our place.

We had an amazing time helping my father in law celebrate his birthday and in including his sister on the trek to the ocean. They are both in their 80s and wanted to see the ocean, so this place fit the bill! The walk to the water access proved a bit more challenging than we anticipated but we made it work. Thank you for the memories!

Nice Get Away

Relaxing, comfortable, and near to all of the Machais area attractions. This is the view from the deck. Gorgeous property!

53rd anniversary adventure

Exceptionally clean, well maintained, lovely home. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. King bed was soooo comfortable! Great place for a quiet vacation. We stayed 4 nights.

Really cute, very clean cottage in a great location. Perfect for our stay. Loved walking down to the water at low tide and sitting on the deck at sunset. We would definitely come back here again! Contacted the owner once with a question and she responded very promptly. Excellent stay.

Beautiful, cozy home!

We had a great time at this property. The house we clean, cozy and stocked with everything you could need! Beds were super comfy. Easy walk right down to the bay, and we saw and eagle and seals! Take a ride to Roque Bluffs and enjoy the quiet beach, and visit Jasper Beach to hear the rock music!

Absolutely wonderful place. Great communication from host. Very responsive to our needs. Beautiful home, beautiful setting. Well stocked home — kitchen was great for a family who enjoys cooking, lots of games, books, toys to take to the beach.

Outstanding property and location. The location has a beautiful view. The house is modernly equipped and immaculate. This is the type house where you could move into permanently and not want to change a thing.

We truly enjoyed our stay. All conveniences. View beautiful. Crab apple tree in full view. Very clean. Fire pit in evening was great congregation place for family. Perfect for family gathering.

Peace and quiet, relaxing and great views.

Stayed for two weeks. House was very clean and as advertised. Beds comfortable. Keurig provided. Area is lovely, great views out backyard and porch. Within an hour or so of NB, Canada (St. Andrew's and Kingsbrae Garden) as well as Acadia National Parks and Campobello International Park. Public House Restaurant and bar is great, ate there twice.

Nice place

Clean and comfortable. Nice view across the lawn and fields down to the head of the cove. Deer on the lawn every evening. Had pretty much everything we needed for making our own meals. Good places to explore nearby especially Jasper Beach and Roake Bluff State Park.

Spent a couple days during Lobstah festival. Took advantage of the kitchen and BBQ. Master shower not very user-friendly with current knob setup spent more time drying the floor than showering.

Very comfortable home, absolutely spotless and in a very convenient area. We visited Jasper Beach for the first time, and a hike at Rogue Cliffs Every time we're up this way we have to visit Schoodic. We're now enjoying a beautiful sunset off the deck. We would definitely stay here again.

If you want to relax to stunning views in a cottage whose owner has thought of everything to make your stay as perfect as possible, this is the place. The beds were comfortable and the whole cottage was clean. The firepit and the little beach are such a nice addition for your days and evening relaxation. The host got back to us promptly when we had minor issues. Definitely consider coming to this property.
