A family mega getaway with the top floor being a full unit with 3 bedrooms, kitchen and living area. The middle level featuring another 3 bedrooms, kitchen and living area. And the lower level with it's own bedroom. Want to gather as a group? No problem! Gather in the central sports themed common area inside including arcade, sports bar and theater room with shared large kitchen and dining area. Watch a game or movie in the tiered seating area! Even better, gather outside around the firepit or in the hot tub.

Free WIFI, a washer / dryer, iron and ironing board, and paved parking are included for your convenience. All linens and towels are provided as well as a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, soaps and detergents.

Host requires the guest to sign a rental management agreement prior to allowing access to the unit. The agreement details our cancellation policy, terms and conditions. Must be 21 or older to reserve a cabin and person booking must be staying in the cabin.

We provide a starter supply of paper products, detergents and soaps and coffee filters. We do not supply shampoo, conditioner, body wash and there are no pantry items, spices, salt & pepper or coffee included - guests should bring these items.

This cabin is professionally managed by Elk Springs Resort Cabin Rentals in Gatlinburg, TN. We provide concierge service as well as dispatched maintenance and housekeeping should you need assistance during your stay. Perfect place for family reunion

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had a family reunion with 12 people. Loved the number of rooms and queen/king beds in them. Really appreciated that each room had a dedicated bathroom with its own hot water heater so that we didn’t need to worry about staggering showers! The lower floor with game room, long dining table, porch, and large community kitchen were perfect for hanging out together. Also, rooms were large and fairly quiet considering the noise going on downstairs! Great location for exploring all around Gatlinburg.

The Gathering Place

Any issue that we did have was quickly solved by the awesome staff. They were excellent in communication and they take great care in the management of the property.

Nice place for the whole family

This property was great for our extended family of 9 adults and 4 children ranging from 2 to 8 years old. Plenty of space for all. Refrigerators and kitchen facilities on all 3 floors. The kids loved the gameroom. The property manager was responsive to questions as well as to address an issue that occurred with one of the games in the gameroom. The reason this didnt get 5 stars is that the VBRO advertisement for this property stated that it was fully refundable up to a couple of weeks before the stay. However, once I reserved the house, the agreement that I was required to sign stated that the refund was in the form of a credit for a stay at another Elk Springs place...and that credit was only good for a year. This is very misleading.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love the location away from the crowds, in the woods, and in the mountains. We love the spaciousness. My grandchildren love the game room, so do the male adults. What I appreciated most on this trip is how timely you responded to the maintenance needs we had, and, obviously took us seriously. We like its location relative to all the area has to offer. These reasons are why we are coming back next year to the Skybox Lodge.

We had bears visiting us multiple times. The game room was a hit in the evening. We had 18 people and had plenty of room. The only downside was in the master bedrooms the mattress could be better.The grill needs replaced, and the air conditioning went out on the top floor. They were there working on it right away.

We were very impressed on the cleanliness and informative emails. When we arrived the basement was a little chilly and maintenance was there within the hour. 5 stars plus!

Overall a pretty good place for a group

The house worked well for our group. The only complaints were that the mattresses were uncomfortable for the adults and the hot tub does not have a cover. The cold rain falling into the hot tub all day Saturday meant that it definitely was not hot.

Team building

We really thought the house was more remote with a view. The home is located in a neighborhood. The best view was on the top floor... were we did not hang out... game room is on the bottom floor. The home does have a small outdoor fire-pit / hanging out area with a few chairs... but a bear was seen on the property the day we arrived. Enjoyed! The house was large... multiple kitchen areas & bedrooms... BUT some of the games were broken :(

We chose this cabin because of the game room for the kids but several games were broken. Maintenance responded timely to repair them but a few games could not be repaired so that was disappointing but overall it’s a beautiful cabin.

Beautiful home

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were a family reunion ranging in age from 8 to 77. This was the perfect home for our purpose. Everyone loved the media room and the play room. The main kitchen was spacious and well equipped. One of the things I liked best was that although there were ample spaces for togetherness, there were also extra kitchens and living spaces if individual families wanted some alone time. The only negative was the last mile or so to the property: narrow roads with steep drop offs and hairpin turns. There were shops, restaurants, and attractions nearby. Overall, a great experience.

Mohn Family Vacation

The property was great! The kids enjoyed the game room and movie theater. Whenever they got back to the house they would play the various games that were available or watch a movie. We had a few minor issues but the rental management handled them immediately. If we come back to the Gatlinburg area, we will definitely book through Elk Springs Resort.

Fun Place Centrally located

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The lodge was an excellent choice for our family of 12. There was plenty of room for all and an opportunity for privacy when needed. The kitchen area provided space for all of us to gather for meals and the game room was a hit for all ages. There was a critter that took refuge in the attic above one bedroom on the third floor which made noise at night, but the management company made arrangements for animal control to come and also to have the access hole repaired. The management company was very responsive to all our questions and needs. There is construction of other homes around the area, and the view of the mountains is not as panoramic as shown in the photos, but that is minor compared to the overall benefits of staying at this lodge. I would highly recommend staying here. The lodge is arranged so that multiple families can stay separated and maintain privacy or can interact in a central location. There were several remotes that were missing throughout the lodge, but with so many TV's located in the lodge, we were able to operate the TV's that were important. The theater room is awesome and all games were operable. The Motorcycle ride was temperamental but management was very helpful in getting it operating for us. We had to wait until 5:00pm to check in, but the place was very clean and the management and cleaning people were kind enough to let us put perishable food in the refrigerator and let one of our members with a cane lie down after a long trip to get there.We would rent this lodge again in a minute!
