Beautifully decorated and comfortable with 3 bedrooms that each have their own bathrooms and a hidden half bathroom off the kitchen! 4 decks total for morning coffee or evening wine sipping and listening to the ocean! Fully stocked kitchen and a bonus Livingroom\kids room in the converted garage! Walking distance to restaurants and Publix and Water activity rentals very close by! washer\dryer in unit with plenty of designated parking. This is the perfect location where you can walk 20 seconds to the beach or drive 3 minutes to the Beautiful historic downtown! A Must Visit! Sleeps 6 Comfortably. We have been Super hosts on Airbnb since 2018 and thought we would give VRBO a try this May 2022!

Nice little gwt away

The house is a very nice size. You can see a bit of the ocean from the terrace/deck. Just a two minute walk to the beach. We walked to Beaches restaurant that is by the pier. Very nice place.The furniture was comfortable. It was nice to be able to bring our dogs.

Great location!

We enjoyed our stay, especially the location. It’s super close to the beach with its own beach access, and we could walk to Publix, coffee shops and restaurants.

Great New Years Day vacation

Location is great. 50 yards to the beach and 2.5 miles to downtown. We had a great Time on the beach and in the town

Great townhouse steps from the Atlantic

This townhome is in a great location with room for everyone. It was stocked with everything you need. Each room has its own deck or patio and the beds are like heaven. But best of all you are steps from the ocean. The beach in July was like having your very own beach. Not many other people so you have space to spread out and enjoy. One thing not mentioned is that you do not need to load your car with beach wagon, chairs, umbrellas, towels or boogie boards. This house has it all there for you. Trust me…u need nothing for the beach…there is even sunscreen and suntan lotion. Book this house and you will have no regrets.

The perfect little beach house!

This house was amazing and our group truly loved staying here! It was in a great location (right on the beach and a quick drive to Downtown St Augustine), the place had everything we needed (with a Publix literally right across the street!!), and was overall just the perfect spot for our group. Melody is an AMAZING host who thought of everything in this house. She was easy to get ahold of if we had any questions, very responsive and always cheerful. I highly, highly, HIGHLY recommend her and her property! Thank you so much for allowing us to rent this beautiful little place!

Perfect location!

We loved this place! The location was perfect. You can walk to the beach or walk across the street to a Publix in case you need anything. The pizzeria across the street was also really good. This place has 4 toilets and 3 showers, which was really nice for a large group. The beds were really nice and everything felt really clean. The owner is super friendly and helpful. We loved this place. Would definitely like to stay here again!

Very clean, just a few feet to the beach. This are of the beach is not overly populated. Well appointed kitchen.

Mother’s Day Beach Weekend

This property was perfect for a wonderful Mother’s Day weekend. It was stocked with the essentials for the beach. The property is within walking distance to the grocery store, beach, pier, and restaurants. The owner has thought of several nice touches. We will definitely visit this property again as St Augustine is a favorite destination of our family.
