Spring Break & Holy Week (March 1st - April 9th, 2023): Restricted to Immediate Families Only. Immediate families are considered children, parents & grandparents only. No spring break groups will be permitted, regardless of age. Identification will be checked upon arrival. Day guests and visitors are not permitted at any time.

Come enjoy South Padre Island, TX while staying in our beautiful townhome! This townhome features a private pool. 119B E. Carolyn is a great property for families and friends to be together. The location is perfect, only 1/2 a block to the beach! Less than a 5 minute walk!

119B E. Carolyn has a fantastic floorplan and a tastefully decorated interior! This townhome is 3 bedrooms/2.5 bathrooms!
The downstairs consists of a spacious kitchen with granite counter tops, beautiful cabinetry, and is fully stocked with all necessary pots, pans, and cooking supplies.
The dining room and living area located just off the kitchen. The living room entails a large couch and a flat screen tv. The dining area features a nice 6 person table for guests to sit and enjoy a meal together. There is additional seating for guests on the large kitchen bar. The half bathroom downstairs is very convenient for all guests to use. The property has full internet access.

All three bedrooms are located upstairs and are extremely spacious. The master bedroom entails a king bed, flat screen tv, and en suite master bath with his and her sinks. The second bedroom offers guests two queen beds and a flat screen tv. The third bedroom has a full size bunk bed. (2 full size mattresses) Two full bathrooms are located upstairs to accommodate guests. There is a balcony located off the master bedroom and the third bedroom. The pool area is very spacious, with plenty of lounging room for guests to relax and catch a tan!

This home is located less than 1/2 a block from the beach, making it an easy walk to South Padre Island's white sandy beaches and beautiful ocean!

Perfect place

Beautiful home with a pool

Our stay was pleasant. We enjoyed the pool and the house was very clean and nicely decorated. We had plenty of space. This is our 3rd time renting from SPI Rentals and will continue to use them in the future.

Clean the pool

It was alright but the pool had like mold On the walls , I think they cleaned but the stain was there ,

A/C issues 2 days in a row made it very uncomfortable for my entire family. Then pool issues, pool not working, not circulating the water and the pol was just dirty. Other than that, our stay was ok.

Pool was not clean when we arrived, food pantry door was broken and falling, there was a dirty diaper behind the night stand which meant they had not even cleaned thoroughly, but aside those inconveniences the house was very nice.

Great place for multiple families! Close to beach, great pool and a/c

The house had plenty space for multiple adults and a few small children to spread out in. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. We loved cooling off in the pool after a day on the beach. The shower outside of the main entrance was useful to prevent sand from getting inside the house. The location was a short walk to the beach and only a few blocks from a great beach bar. There is also a small convenience store at the end of the street. A/C worked well, which is a must have. We would definitely stay here again.

Coach roach in master bath tub (they promptly came and sprayed) Drain in master bath was slow to drain (they promptly came to spray) Carpets in bedrooms need to be shampooed or replaced there are stains all over the carpet. Appliances need to be updated, Furniture was very uncomfortable and outdated Pool was not very clean but was only in it twice because it wasn't heated Location was nice and quiet, close to beach. I suppose for spring breakers it's nice. However should probably be a lot cleaner for Winter Texans. I was in the rental agency and spoke to someone about renting for next year a different place the first week in February never heard back, I called a week later never heard anything back. I emailed a couple of days after we left the island and finally just heard back, there was one property left now,

Condo was a beautiful condo. Perfect size in rooms and having 3 bathrooms was great. Perfect distance to the beach. However, shower tubs were not draining appropriately. Water as at a standstill when we showered and that was pretty gross. Pool was very cloudy and looked dirty. The light did not work. When we checked in, workers were cleaning pool with net but didn't seem chlorine was put in. The waterfall in the pool stopped working that day we checked in. The patio/lounge chairs were everywhere and not clean and the plants were for sure not watered. My sister watered plants and found a lot of trash in one of the planters including with dry weeds just put back in there. We were there 15-20min early to check in and when we called for code, customer service was rude and told us to leave the property and that when it was ready they would text us a code. At 4pm, when I called for check in, gentleman that answered the phone was very helpful and gave us code.

The unit was spacious, clean, well decorated and provided more than enough space for two couples. Management was very accommodating and was quick to respond to service requests for minor issues, ie. clogged plumbing drains, toilets not working properly, worn out light switches, and missing television remote. However, these minor inconveniences reflected the overall upkeep of the property and therefore the average rating, where if properly maintained could have had an excellent rating, eg. dishwasher is at the end of its life, stove top had not been cleaned, oven was missing a second rack, cooking utensils worn out, and the beds had only one thin blanket each. No remote was provided for the garage door. The side yard and pool area and pool looked like they hadn't been cleaned in years and weeds were growing in the yard. Pool maintenance while we were there amounted to someone adding a new chlorine puck once a week and scooping out the larger debris meanwhile there appeared to be layer of grime on the walls and bottom. Also, construction of a new three storey building immediately behind the property will negate any privacy in the back yard once that property is occupied. We would be quite comfortable renting from SPI again, but not this property.
